hey, i got my labrette pierced when i was 15 and i didnt think it hurt, i have my tragus (the small bony bit in your ear)pierced and that was much worse, i dont think there are any veins you have to worry about, but i took mine out 3 years later as the back of the stud was rubbing off my gum and wearing it away! the hole doesnt go away either i still have the scar taking it out 2 years later, but its just small. to start off with you can feel the back of it but it isnt sore or anything then after a while you totally forget about it until you have to take it out and it feels naked without it! i was happy with it but im glad i have taken it out now! hope this helps :)

nope there is no way you are pregnant, as soon as the spern touches the air it dies therfore all sperm that was on his finger would have died so it wouldnt be able to swim its way up there! hope this helps :)

WELL I have sex quite often without protection to my fiance and i think i may be pregnant.....or had a miscarrige!
i have been getting really bad cramps in the morning and diarrea as well....my period is not expected till the 7th of the month(sept) and i got it in august so it would have had to been this month it happened! i went to the bathroom yesterday and i started bleeding i thought it was my period so i acted like it was however i only BLED a little and then it stopped . its only the 23 so thats like 2 weeks early!
could i be pregnant or could the cramps be a misscarrige??

one thing that alot of people dont actually know is that occasionally you can still have your period whilst preggers (you guys never watch eastenders!!) but its usually just for the first month and it will be a light one, the cramps are another sign of pregnancy i dont think its a miscarrage but go get a pregnancy test anyway or your own peace of mind hope this helps :)

give the guy a break! her may not be your dad but he is the one who has put up with you since you were six he is the guy who has probably paid half towards those clothes your wearing or your christmas/birthday presents. he probably want to argue with you either, your not even his kid, but he has helped bring you up, he deserves some respect...this will get easier as you get older believe me.. i live with my step dad and we used to fight like cat and dog but as you grow up your like "holy cow he must really love my mum to put up with the all that shit" but this must be harsh on your mom too she wont want you two to hate each other, what do you want her to do break up with him and be unhappy just to make your life easier. try havin a word with him but be civil dont let it turn into another argument at the end of the day he is the one who has been the "dad" figure you should be thanking him cus he doesnt have to spend anything on you he chooses to. hope this helps :)

peeing alot is a sign of pregnancy but my advice is just go and get a pregnancy test then you will know for sure hope this helps :)

ok last monday i fell off my bike cuz the chain broke. i hurt my elbow badly. its been getting better, so today i was watching a movie in my room. i was leaninng on my elbow pretty hard, when all of a sudden i felt this gigantic pain and felt like my elbow was about to crack. what do you think happened? im soo confused rite now and my elbow is aching. please help me and i'll rate you in return :)

stick some ice on it or a bag of frozen peas or something until you can get an x-ray..im sure its nothing too serious it could be badly bruised under the skin, maybe a small chipped bone or it could just be a bad sprain. but definitely go get it checked out hope this helps :)

hey everyone. I went out wit this guy awhile ago and then he liked me for quiete awhile after we broke up. Recently he told me he liked me but i told jhim i didnt feel the same way as he felt about me. Now he met my bst friend and they seem to like each other, its sorta akward but im happy that they like each other. This is going to be long but if your willing to help plz do so.Oh I'm 14 a middle child i have a older brother 17 and a younger sister 12 the both hate me the constatly make me feel bad they alwayz argue with me they constatly tell me to shut up.and im the bad guy well according to them.my brother he is so mean he alwayz insoults me brings things up that happened a long time ago that can get me in deep trouble.He is alwayz tellign em things like im not good enough im a nobody that im stupid ad many other things that are even worst.My sister i can't tell her anything without her yelling at me back.She is only nice to me when my friends are around and when i feel bad she only cares when people are there or when im feeling real bad.I told my parents but they think this is nothing and that it will end soon.Well it has been like this for a while now and im feeling really bad to the point of wanting to hurt myself.And i've thought many times about suicide.i know thats the worst solution because it wont help and it only makes things worst but i have the simptoms of depression and i feel horrible about myself.I've already talked to this about a teacher and it helps a little.but i dunno what else i can do because i get worst every day that passes by.plz help (link)

whatever you do dont let this make you want to commit suicide or harm yourself...this is a part of growing up when you have brothers or sisters im afraid i have a younger sis who is 13 and we hate each other we just do not get on... but try to ignore it..your parents should be doing something about this not just ignoring it try talk to them again..try stay out of there way nobody listens to gossip from someones brother anyway as its family stuff so keep your chin up you can always check out my column if you wanna talk more hope this helps x :)

im nearly 5 years older than you and i would love to have a baby but i know that now at my age its just not possible, if you were to have a baby now you would have to leave school therefore you wouldnt have any qualifications - therefore you couldnt help your child with homework, you wouldnt be able to get a job for at least 3 years or so...therefore there would only be your boyfriends income which at 15 or 16 wont be much. you need to seriously think this over dont just think of a cute little baby think of all the time, effort and cost. if you have a kid now thats your life on hold for the next 18 years at least. think of christmas, how are you gonna afford it? what would your parents think? Go and travel the world, have fun, your too young to be tied down and as for your boyfriend promising he will never leave you, my advice dont trust anyone if your gonna believe all you hear you might as well go eat the grass out side catch my drift? hope i helped :)

Hey...okay well this may be a lil long but I'm really looking for a detailed answer. I really liked this totally hot guy Tyler. Everyone told me after a while that he had a "crush" on me and he was really interested in getting to know me better! So he ended up asking me to homecoming and everything went just as planned. We went to the dinner, to the dance, the whole 10 yards! We even kissed! BUT....after that things only got worse. We had really never talked THAT much b/c we're both shy but we still talked at least a lil. Well after homecoming I never saw him much anymore and he never really made an effort to talk to me when he did see me! Well eventually I found out he started going out w/ another girl who's homeschooled. I confronted him and told him I knew and it was no big deal. Well he wrote me a letter (which he NEVER does) and told me how sorry he was. I wrote back and told him not to feel bad. I pretend like I wasn't hurt and like I just didnt care. I also made it very clear I wanted to be friends! Even so he still didn't make the effort to talk to me....and I really do want to hang out b/c if something goes wrong w/ his g/f then maybe we can hook up and if not....I still wanna be his friend. How do I handel the situation so he doesn't think I want him. Do I ignore him and act like I did 5 mins before I knew he exsisted or do I just make an effort and talk to him. Someone help that has been in the situation before and "got the guy!" Even guys opinions would be nice. Thanks!

ok, i have been in this situation before, not exactly but similer, i think you should let him know how you feel, it may sound dumb but it worked for me. i liked this guy who i thought liked me so everytime i was out i made the effort to go and talk to him but after a while he got a girlfriend i was gutted so i told him how i felt the next time i saw him out it took balls as i knew he had a gf but i did it anyway (with a little dutch courage!) anyway after a couple of weeks he told me him and his girlfriend had split up and he was dead chuffed when he knew i wanted to be with him cus he liked me too! so in your case i think you should do the same if he took the time to write you a letter then he must have some feelings for you - not alot of guys do that!
as for why he isnt talking to you maybe he is just a really shy person i think you will find that when you are with him, start off with you doing most of the talking, then he will feel more relaxed and realise that there is nothing to be shy about im sure you will work things out in the end hope this helps :)
