I'm a bit overweight and so I've always been a little bit embarassed to exercise in front of people. It seems to just make things worse for me, because then I don't feel like I get enough exercise in the day, but I hate running because I'm slower and always afraid somebody will see me, and I don't even like doing stuff at home because my mom and dad might see me. Any good tips for conquering my fear or ways to exercise alone? (link)

if you dont like exercizing around people heres what i do... get one of those totally awsome workout tapes (get one or two or three so you dont get board)... u can probably go to the library and check one out if you dont feel like spendin a lot of green.. or just order one out of a sports catalouge... and another thing is jog jog jog jog jog!!! and drink a lot of water...
about the exercizing in public thing... i think i was a bit overweight when i was younger... but you see heres the thing.. when i look at an overweight person exercizig i dont think... eww how nasty!! i think its great that theyre trying to get back in shape.. most people at a gym arent looking to point out ppl to make fun of... theyre there for the same reaso you are... to get it shape.. i cant really tell you how to feel better about yourself though.. ull have to figure it out

I want to get really really tan.. preferably by tomorrow but I doubt that's going to happen (although I am already a little tan).. so I lay outside on my back porch and tan, but it gets soooo hot out there, and I can only stand it for like 10 minutes, and then I have to come inside. So basically, Im not getting very tan that way. What are some ways to tan FAST, like does olive oil really work?? And no, Im not going to go to a tanning bed. And no spray on tans either. Thanks! well see hears wut i do... take olive oil i guess it works and slather yourself. wear and thong a and skimpy baithing suit top.. i sit outside by myself or a friend and tan with her...... make sure you put your hair up...real good too... and i also like to put lemon juice in my hair to lighten it while im outside... and i like to stick and sticker on my boob ( a heart or butterfly) and let it tan there so it makes a little sun tatoo.. makes you look even tanner... if yo tan easy like me than dont worry it wont take u long to tan.. but if you burn i suggest scratchin the bb oil and puttin a little sunscreen on instead... good luck with your sexy tan... im about to go out and tan myself haha

This might be a little long since I'm giveing you background info.
Ok, This girl named Dee (fake name) needed a friend at the time. I decided to take that role in her life. Every day there would be something new, example: "I hate my life", "Nobody likes me", "My stepmom did ______________ and made me __________". And it never ends!
So one day I decide to break the fake friendship tie that I had set up. And I went through with it. The thing is that she keeps coming back. She tries to be nice to me, says a perky "Hi!" everyday. The reason she does that is because she thinks she can fix it, but its way to late for that.

love handles are the things on the side of your hips like a little big above and behind them that you can grab onto. its actually a rather dirty name if you really think about it... but basically its just extra fat on your upper hips/lower back... and its pretty much normal for anyone to have unless your like morbibly obese and there hanging out of your pantststs ;-)

Ok I have this very disgusting habit of chewing on things. It started out innocently by chewing on my hair, pencils but now it has progressed to almost everthing. I chew on the strings on my clothes. Drinking straws, Ive chewed through a few pencils and exploded a few pens. I'm not a druggie or anything but idk why i do it. Its like a nervous habit but it is really gross..any ideas on how to stop? (link)

hahahaha you wanna know the funniest thing?? I have the exact same problem... I've had so many pens explode in my mouth and by the end of the school day my pencils are almost gone and I know its really gross... but i havent really thought of a way to *stop*....you could always check gum or try chewing on something that wont get ruinned like hahaa chew on your finger ( not your nail, mind you). and if you can't stop make a joke about it... everytime somone says something just laugh and say i know its a tick i have... dont make fun of me or ill have to chew you too! thats what i do... people are bound to leave you alone sooner or later

my best friend's parents are going though divorce so i know how this is..... don't worry the worst will be over soon. there's not much you can do to get your parents back together... just be supportive of both of your parents and try to love them as best you can and support them too... its just as hard for them....but i know how it feels to hate your parents sometimes, and you cant do much aboutnit until your 18... but until then do your best to bight your lip until you can make your own choices... ever think about seeing a phycologist? it really can help... stay strong your not alone!
