I'm a freshman, and since the begining of the year i've been talking to this really cute junior. I've had other boy flings since then and he's told me about girls he's into ( not me )however we always are texting or flirting in school or football games ect. This weekend is the Giants football game and we're both big giants fans expect he bet me that they would lose this weekend and i bet him they wouldnt. (However, they most likely will lose). He came up with teh bet and all of the rules for it and he wants me to come up with what we're betting on. I really need to think of something fast beacuse he keeps asking me if i've thought of something yet and I havn't! I obviously dont want to bet money beacuse thats lame i was thinking maybe something cute but not come out and directly bet on a date or something beacuse im not sure i want to take that chance beacuse i dont know if he likes me or not. SO what should i bet on? thats cute but not to obvious???? an exmaple would be

i wouldnt be suprised if u turned out to be my friend from skool. we always tease her about being fat but its just a joke cuz she's like the skinniest person in the whole world and we're all jealous. if you tell your friends and family that you dont think they're "joke" is funny and that it's really hurting your feelings, they'll probably cut it out. oh, and if they seriously think you're fat, they're seriously screwed up and you need to meet some people who aren't crazy.

I was talking to my best friend on the phone yesterday. (She's a girl, im a guy.) And she said she liked me. I like her too, and I told her that. It should be easy to figure what to do next but it's not. We want to be more then friends but were afraid of ruining our friendship if something happens. Also, she is afraid it would be too weird but I don't think it would. So I guess Im asking, should I ask her out? Or should we just stay friends even though we want to be more, just so it won't be weird? (link)

okay its always been hard for me to share my feelings and especially now with my boyfriend.he went on a trip and drank alot and then said once he came home he would stop drinking..well last night (hes been back for a few days) he was like "i drank too much vodka"....it pissed me off that he lied but i didnt wanna tell him that cause i dont wanna sound like a drama queen. whenever i tell him he made me feel bad he says"if i make u feel so bad all the time then why are u with me"and whenever i say im in a good mood when he thinks im mad at him, he insists im mad at him. you cant really change men. it just makes them mad. so, you can either live with drinking or you cant. if you cant you have to leave him. if you can then dont nag him about it. oh, and try to share your feelings with him at a moment when he's sober.

okay..so there's this guy that i've sorta always liked..and we dated at this beginning of this year but we broke up after like two weeks..and he told me a few days ago that he likes me and he wants me to ask him out or something cause he'll have more respect for me..anyways i really dont wanna get hurt like i did last time and i want something that's going to last..and he says that he's tired of being single and he wants a relationship..but i dont know if i should believe him or not. so what do you think i should do?

14/f. i've checked my BMI on many sites and some sites say that i'm underweight and some say that i'm normal. My BMI is around 17. but i still have some fat around my lower stomach. is it still safe to do crunches and exercise to try to lose that fat? i'm 14, 5'3" and i weight about 98 pounds. but my stomach is still buldgie. what can i do? without becoming underweight? crunches work your upper abdomen.
leg lifts work your lower abdomen.
definatly dont work just your upper abdomen because that builds bulk while lower abdomen work makes your stomach flat. this might actually make you gain a couple pounds cuz muscle weighs more than fat!

In your honest opinion...
How realistic is it to think that you will one day marry your first love? I don't think it's likely, but it happens, right? I'm 16 and he is 17. And I've never felt this way about anyone in my entire life. I just want to experience everything in life with him. We talk about getting married sometimes, I mean seriously talk about it. When we do talk about it he tells me that he is serious, that he wants to spend the rest of his life with me.

There's this girl I'm friends with. She has a lot of guy friends, and whenever I hang out with her, she's usually around them. See, her guy friends are very nice, and cute, so I usually end up liking one of them, and then losing interest, simply because I can't talk to them (They usually don't have a screen name or we have none of the same classes together, plus I can be shy if I talk to a guy I like in person).
I usually tell her if I like someone, but now I like one of her good guy friends, and I don't want to tell her (This guy friend has a screen name and stuff and I'm more determined to get to know him better). I don't want her to see me as "the girl who always ends up liking her friends and then not liking them the next day."

just make sure that your friend isnt crushing on the same guy. if she is, let her have him, after all it is her friend. oh, and hang out with her even when it has nothing to do with her guy friends so that she doesnt feel used. and if u do end up going out with him dont ditch her for him.

i dunno how 2 fix it, but its normal. sounds like you've got a lot of it, but really white goop is normal. you dont have a disease or anything. i know since you are 13 you probably aren't having sex, but that white goop makes having sex hurt less. not a bad thing.

Well, I recently wrote about a guy friend of mine.. and how I really love him.
Well, today.. I found out that he is now going out with his ex-girlfriend again. The one who kept ME from dating him.. because I'm a better friend than that. And now.. she proceeds to tell me that he PROPOSED TO HER.. I think she is just saying it because she knows that I have a 'thing' for him.. (keep in mind.. this is the 4th time she's told me that a guy has proposed to her) And she knows I have guy problems.. (with my ex and all)

first of all i think your mom's just worried about you. so tell him not to do things like calling you a fag in front of your mom, or anywhere she'll hear it (even if it is just in fun). and explain to your mom that this boy is really special to you and you're in love with him. mention sweet things about your relationship whenever you can that will make her see it for the posotive thing it is.

I've been married for 20 years & never have, and never will cheat on my husband.
A single younger man where I work started flirting with me. He basically expressed his attraction towards me, which was extremely flattering. I let him know right away that I would never cheat on my husband. He seemed to accept this & we have continued to commincate throught our email at work & a couple of coffee breaks.
I have really enjoyed the flattery - I'm 48, he's 37. Once I realized that he really wasn't just trying to get me into bed & truly liked me as a person - I felt great.
He's extremely careered oriented & doesn't have time for a comitted relationship at this point.
I just don't understand why when I started flirting back with him, why he has backed off. I liked the flattery, and am hurt. He started all this.

say hi and watch his reaction. if suddenly he focuses on you, like his whole world just froze... he likes you. then talk to him and figure out something you both like to do in common(watch old horror movies, surf, go to the skatepark, whatever) and drop hints about maybe doing that next weekend. if he likes you he'll jump at the chance and invite you. good luck chica. :')
