I'm very shy and quiet, and I not a geek or anything but I'm not exactly popular either. There's this guy that I think might like me.. but he is really popular and outgoing, so I'm not sure if he really does like me or if it's just my imagination. Is it possible for a popular, outgoing guy to like a shy, not-so-popular girl? What are the chances? I don't know what to do because of my uncertainty.. should I flirt back or not?? Make yourself noticable! Not like a clown though. just talk to him. Usually the guys dont like the snobby popular bitchy girlz, they go out w/ some1 nice smart and outgoing also. hang out w/ him until u get 2 no him.

I have a problem. It seems like I get nervous for everything! In track, I get extremely nervous before an event. In school, I get so nervous to take tests and do oral skits. Is there anything I can do to help? Thanks (link)

It's normal to get nervous! I always am- i do track to and i get extremely nervous b4 event long distances, sprints, or field events. And you dont want to fail a test- so study, study, STUDY.

Why do the moderators delete good questions? WTF? They leave up stupid ones like "I like a guy but he doesnt know...should I tell him?", but then when someone has a serious problem like the guy and his unruley brother they delete it? Advicenators needs to get its priorities straight and need to learn what questions stay and what goes. What do you all think? (link)

Ya I have this situation with this girl. Like we hung out a couple times and it was an awesome time. Like we both cuddled with each other made each other laugh and kissed. Then the last time we hung out which was 2wks ago, like i kept in touch with her always asking her to c if she wanted to do something and she says ya but when it comes down to it, she always has something else to do. This just didnt happen once but a couple of times during the 2wks. I know she doesnt mean to cuz she is always apologizing saying she is srry that she couldnt hang out and when im always online, she will always i-m first just sayin hey. Like i know she wants to c me more and she knows i have feelings for her and that i like her but i wanted to know what u guys think about this situation.. Hope u can give me some advice for this... Also she like rlly never calls me. Like i feel im always the one to call her and i hate that. Just ask him about his interests. If u have in common(and ur 2 scared to tell him that u like him)have a friend tell him 4 u. Maybe he'll think differently about you in a better way. If he dont like u, forget about him(u wont get ne where!)

My ex bf and I are still friends. There's 3 boys that r really mean to him and the 3 did somthing last year and this year in the bathroom. They blamed it on him. Now the whole school thinks my ex is gross and that what those 3 boyz did in the bathroom he did. ( the things are that there was pee all over the floor, and "chocolate" 'get it' on the walls) UGH! ok.. my mom has been smokin since she was 16 and shes now 39. she constantly smokes and its disquisting. she says she wants to quit but she never trys and she says shes afraid that if she quits shell start eatin a lot and get realli fat. i told her id rather hav her fat then die of lung cancer but she dont care. can u think of anything i can do to make her quit cuz itz not only gunna kill her it hurts my dad, dog, kitten, and me and im tired of r house smellin like smoke. help please i rate 5s (link)

Ok, I have been dancing for 8 years. I am known for dancing by friends, family, and neighbors. This year, I hate it! I dread it. I mean I whine to try and stay home. ONce I get there it isn't that bad, but I still hate it. Well, I costs my family ALOT of money so I can dance. They have to pay like 100 dollars a week practically. My mom thinks I should quit and she said I could, I mean I don't like dance so I am bascially wasting all our money. There are reasons why I wnat to stick with it, one of them being my friends there and I'm almost all the way down to my split, and you obviously know why I may quit. I am on the Field Hockey Team at school and love it. Please help me, should I quit? Would you quit? Thanks a million!

I would quit b/c i'm bad at dance. But if u do it 4 8 years u must be good! if it's 100 dollars a week how much would it cost for 8 YEARS!!!? if u quit all of that, the money and your practice will go to waste. Keep up the dancing and maybe you'll b on broadway sumday!

try to run three miles a week, or swim atleast 35 laps a week. Take a good look at the amount of fat in your food b4 eating it.

Im a gymnast and there are many ways to make your arms stronger, mine are strong b/c i do gymnastix 3x a week.
push ups-ten a day r good enough
weights- sumtin heavy to lift up
pull ups + chinups- i thought they were hard at 1st but they get easier if u try
hanging- try to hang on the bar in pull up position stay there as long as possible.
sports- try gymnastix

I have medium blonde hair and I want to dye the ends purple. Now, I'm worried that this will look bizarre and I'll have to cut it. So, I'm thinking about buying the temporary dye. I have two questions. First, do you think what I want to do with my hair would look weird, or do you think I would be better off putting a few streaks in it? My hair goes about halfway down my back. Second, what is a good type of dye that will wash out in one or two showers? The water at my house is kind of weird (It has a lot of chlorine in it) so I need a dye that won't react with the water and make my hair look weird after I wash the dye out. (link)

In my hair, this look would look pretty weird on me. I think if ure going to do this you should cut ure hair about shoulder length, that i think would look much cooler. I dont know any dyes that u could succesfully use but, my friend has dyed her hair with kool-aid. she dyed it purple,blue, and even red and it looked really cool. If u do streaks use marker, ive done that b4.

Hey, I'm 13 in eighth grade, and this Saturday on October 30th, there will be a Junior High Halloween Dance. I need a costume idea, but I go to a Catholic school, so we can't have "vulgar", "revealing", or "gorey" costumes, as my principal says. I want to dress girly, and I want people to be like "Whoa, that is a great costume!" I'm not sure if this would help, but I have red hair that's down to the ends of my shoulder blades and white skin. Any ideas? Thanks I'd really appreciate it.

It's very sad losing a cat. Believe me, i have five cats and every single one ran away. of course they came baq, some came baq pregnant, some hurt, ect. Hopefully ur cat will cum baq eventually... if not cheq in the S.P.C.A- my cat's been found there twice!

When u go to skool, u shouldnt care wut other ppl think about u, if someone goes up to u and says ur gay, just simply explain what happened. U and ur frends no what happened so that's all that matters.
