honestly, all the energy stuff is a hoax..no matter what you eat or drink, the energy that it gives you doesn't kick in until about 4 to 6 hours after you consume it. So you really should eat a few hours before working out...not a half hour. My reccomendation for some type of bar is anything that says BIG100. They are supplement bars, they're really heavy and take place of like a meal, and they taste awesome. Honestly, the average score that colleges accept is around a 1250...and 1250out of 2400 is an awesome score, so you deff did above average...Congrats, chill, don't worry, you flew through it...but just in case, take it again and see how you do. My mother's a beautician and I'm what you can call her highlighting guinnipig. I've had highlights and lowlights, the whole 9 yards. So if you would like to dye your whole head completely with the same color you used for your highlights, you most definitely can.
