Q: hello im 18/f and i've had my current job for about 2 years now. I just cannot seem to save money though. I have a car and its paid off. I couldnt save money so my mother created a new bank account to help me that way i couldnt take any money out which i needed for insurance. But thats just for insurance. I dont want to have to rely on her to help me. I do eat out alot and spend my money and things that are worthless, i just cant seem to save. I think to myself oh its just $5 or whatever the price may be and i buy it. Being in college now, even though im living at home, im finding it hard to pay for things. Can anybody give me any advice on how i can still have access to my money, but not be so tempted to spend it?
Thanks
Ashley

Hi Ashley. Well, you could get some kind of box or jar to put money into, kind of like a "big girl" piggy bank. But write all over it...your own personal money-saving mantra that will make you remember how much you want/need to SAVE instead of SPEND. That way everytime you go to get your money for pointless material things, you can remember how much you need that money for more important things.
I don't know if this will help you at all, but I have a friend you used this technique and it worked pretty well for her.
Good luck with your money management and I hope you get it all figured out.

Q: Does anyone know of a cheat for the sims 2 where they just get all there status's perfect, like there hygiene and stuff.
I can't find one.
Also, there used to be this gnome that would do that for you, but, I can't remember where to download it from, if anyone knows?

open the cheat window by hitting ctrl+shift+c. then enter maxmotives. if you don't want their motives/needs to go back down, open the cheat window again and enter motivedecay off. Oh, and if you forget the cheats, you can enter help in the cheat window. It will give you a list of cheats and what they do. Happy Sim-ing!

Q: This is going to be a very long question because to me its very serious.
I would like only more experienced people, possibly doctors if there is any, but if you feel you know whats going on, then go ahead.
This is very embarressing because (without sounding bigheaded) I think I am a fairly pretty girl, I have done some modelling, Basically I noticed a few months ago that something about me was different,
Sometimes in certain siuations, I go all tense and weird, like I suddenly tense my fists and start rubbing it on my face in a really weird motion, I have a lot of other examples, I do some really really weird stuff, I really dont understand why, I find the most frequent time of doing this is when I am in the bathroom, but it happens in other places too.
I find it happens more in excitement, but it can happen for no reason too, I always feel like doing it, but I resist as much as I can.
If I do these awkward movements to much it gives me really bad pains in my stomach, and my heart feels almost empty.
I really dont know what it is, it happens at the most unexpected times, then other times I know its coming, I almost hate going to the bathroom and other places cos I know its going to happen, I really cant give you any more details, I can answer questions but I dont have anymore info on whats going on.
I really need help, its affecting my day to day life, and its far too embarressing to talk about.
I probably will not get ANY replies to this question as I cant find any research about it on the net.

Okay. I don't really know what is happening exactly either. It could be a mild form of tourettes syndrome, or some other mental disorder. But, I'm no doctor. So my advice to you is to go to your doctor, explain this to them, and see what they say. And if they can't figure it out, I'm sure they know or can find someone who can. I hope you get this figured out! And go see your doctor!

Q: Ok, so one of my friends went out with a very beautiful girl and i began to like her. I was not aware that he still likes her and i recently found out. But he would not admit it to me everytime i asked him. I do not know if i should not take any actions because she tells me all the time im cute or i dress the best or im hot and all this stuff but i do not think it is right because he is one of my close friends and he acted like he doesn't care so what do i do?

I know you've probably already asked yourself this question but...is a girl more important than your friendship? Yeah, he might ACT like he doesn't care, but is it just an act? We girls are really good at getting in between guy friends and ruining friendships, even when that isn't our intention. If he won't openly admit still having feelings for her, you could try the slow approach. Start hanging out with the girl alittle, casually, and mention it to your friend. Just see what his reaction is. If he seems upset by it...don't pursue a relationship with his ex.

Q: ive known my new friend for 3 months and we get along and everything, but the thing is we seem to have an awkwardness when we talk, most of the time, like we never know what to talk about kinda feeling is this normal or no?

I totally agree with Jack. You and your new friend have only been friends for 3 months, so your still getting to know each other. It's definately normal for there to be awkward moments in your conversations. But as the two of you get closer the weirdness won't happen as often.
No worries, you and your friend are just in that normal "get to know you" stage! Hope you guys stay friends for a long time!!!

Q:
I have this really embarrassing problem..I'm a female in my early 20's and I have a flatulence problem. I don't know why or what is wrong. I pass gas about 5 times more than the average person. (lol) Ugh, put it this way I must pass gas about 70 times a day. I can control it and everything but if I hold it in I feel like .. I'm going to blow up (haha..) but anyway I really need some advice I don't know what to do. Is it a medical problem? Should I see a doctor? :/
Thanks

ShelbyGirl15 might be right, but it could also be medical. If your want to figure it out then you should ask your doctor. Embarrassing, yes, but he/she can help you figure out why you have this problem and probably refer you to a dietician or a nutritionist who can help you if it is being caused by the foods you are eating.
Hope this is helpful!

Q: So I am getting a car for my birthday tomorrow and I wanted to know what kind of things that aren't kind of obvious that I should keep in my new car other then like oil, jumper cables, an ipod converter, and a cell phone charger?
It's a 1999 Camaro if that helps (:

Well, my Dad always told me to keep a blanket and a change of clothes or at least an extra jacket, just because if it's cold out, you never know when your car might break down and you might need to walk or sit in the cold for while....and he always said to keep the stuff to change a tire (along with a spare) but that is kind of an obvious thing. Well that's all I can think of at the moment. congrats on the car and drive safe!

Q: 18 Female,
Okay so I've been with my boyfriend since the start of march & so far so good...BUT he and his ex are still friends. I understand he can't just not talk to her ever again because they dated for like 4 years but her flirting with him & text msgs asking to stay at his house, Im getting upset over it. Im not the type to get angry and start a fight, I usually get upset & become quiet so Im not going to argue with my boyfriend about it. But i obviously need to deal with the fact that they're going to be friends.
He says theres nothing going on between them anymore, & that he's friends with all his ex's and they don't do anything except be friends. He told me he won't go back to his recent ex(the one i have a problem with) because she constantly pissed him off for like the last 1 yr of their relationship and they always fought to the point where he couldnt handle it anymore & that she's said she'll change so many times that he doesnt believe her anymore so yeah.
Can anyone give me suggestions on how to deal with them being friends?
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Well, they did date for 4 yrs. That's a long time. But that's not an excuse for her to still be flirting and asking to stay over. You sound like an unconfrontational person, like myself, but if he won't say anything to her, maybe you should. I don't know if you actually know her, too, but if her not being over him bugs you, and she can't take the hint that it's over between her and your boyfriend, then you should give her some hints of your own. Now, I'm not telling you to go start a fight with some girl over a boy...you're 18, and adult. Let her know that it bothers you in a mature, grown up way.

Q: Someone I recently started seeing is getting ready to deploy for six months. I have yet to share with him my feelings towards him. I want to tell him before he leaves which is next week. But I don't know if I should or not. We text each other everyday and have been communicating with each other in some form for almost two months. I want him to know I will be here for him.

You should definately tell him how you feel. I mean, I don't know how involved the 2 of you are, but my own boyfriend was shipped out for the Navy. It will help him to know that you will still be there for him when he gets home.

Q: I dnt know what to do now as she is not understanding the situation and dnt even want to have a p regency test, she told " if i am not pregnant, when you do anything next time be careful and if I am pregnant then i will not do abortion at any cost. tell is there any solution for this?
|
|
|

|
|
|
|

You could possibly look into adoption, if she is open to that. And she's right about being more careful next time. I myself have had a miscarriage and a pregnancy scare. They aren't exactly fun. So just be more careful, and suggest adoption....but don't get too upset yet. Obviously she isn't comfortable with the idea of abortion, so if she is pregnant, the two of you will have some time to talk about your options. You are both adults and hopefully can work it out, and I'm not saying it will be easy to do. But, like I said, you'll have time to think, to discuss, to figure things out.
I hope this helped, and good luck.

Q:
I am 21 years form India and my girlfriend 27 we had oral sex but I never had the actual sex, I dnt know how to describe, but I fingers her down many times and my spam was on my fingers the main problem is she got her late on her periods, this days her mood is so bad and she always feel sick and tired and have no sleep at all……I am really worried for her …IS she pregnant now?
when we were discussing about the results, she dnt want to have abortion if she get pregnant and we really cant have baby this time.
Please help me to knw her situation.....

You obviously know that so could be pregnant because you fingered her and had semen on your fingers, right? If she is, I can totally relate to her not wanting to abort the baby, regardless of the two of you not being ready for a baby. Pregnancy is a sacred thing to a lot of women. Plus, she is 27...SHE might be ready for children, even if you, being 21, aren't. Just talk to HER some more. Let her know that you want to fully understand what she feels and wants.

I think you should ask your friend, casually if it makes you uncomfortable to out right ask, about his ex and how you kind of like her. Or just ask if he'd be alright with you going out with her. If you get the green light, go for it.

Q: I know that it's behavioral as I recently got a female kitten and he started doing this shortly after. He's been doing this for 6 months now with no end in sight. Here's what I've done to try to correct the issue so far. The cat has a clean bill of health. He has his own kitty litter and food space. I clean kitty litter daily and use a non-scented brand. Used just about every type of over-the-counter medicine to improve disposition. Use sprays that discourage cat from pooping in that place again. Show plenty of attention to him so he doesn't get jealous. Any other advice of what I should do would be much appreciated.
|
|
|
|

Is he pooping on the floor around the litter box, or just anywhere? Because when my cats started pooping around instead of in the litter box after one of them had kittens, I just put down newspaper. I put it under and around the box. They don't poop on the floor anymore....I don't know if that will actually work, or if I have freaky cats, but it's worth a shot.

Q: I've been with my current boyfriend for almost two months now, and he's a really nice guy, and he is very thoughtful and emotional. I just don't think there's much of a connection between us. I've had a few other boyfriends before, and whenever I am with him, I don't feel the way I think I should...I don't feel attracted to him, I guess is what I'm saying. But I feel guilty dumping him because he is an amazing boyfriend. He buys the best presents and says the sweetest things to me. So, I'm wondering, is it worth it to dump him and hope someone that makes me feel the way I think I should comes along? Or should I just be happy with what I have?
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

You shouldn't stay with someone you don't have a connection with. It just wouldn't work out in the long haul. Sure you might get into a nice "comfy" relationship, but is that what you really want? To be comfortable, and have really nice boyfriend, but not have any real connection to him? And don't worry about someone better "coming along"...you don't have to just sit there waiting, the time of damsels in distress and rescued princesses is over....go out there and bag yourself your prince!
And P.S don't feel guilty about not having a good connection. That's what dating is for, trial and error until you DO have a connection with someone.

Q: I'm writing an essay in English concerning the different life styles of teenagers in high school. If you guys could answer a few questions just to give me a few ideas, I'd totally appreciate it. :)
1. What kind of things do you do? (Sports, clubs etc.)
2. Do you have 1 best friend that you spend a lot of time with or a group of friends you spend all your time with?
3. Does your school have lockers outside? Anything cool about your school-block schedule? Stuff like that.
4. Are drugs and drinking big concerns at your school?
5. Finally, is your high school life fun? Do you spend most of your time studying or hanging out with friends? Do you go out with friends every weekend? What kind of stuff do you do?
You can answer some or all of the questions, I'm just trying to get a few different ideas. Thanks!

sure.
1) i play soccer, i'm in Chorus, Drama Club, Key Club, and GAA.
2) I really only hang out with 2 people with frequency.
3) We have lockers in our hallways. I take a business class every other day....that's the only interesting thing.
4) it seems like everybody does it. I only know a hand full of people who haven't done one, let alone both.
5) My high school life is alright I suppose. I spend a lot of time with friends. But I usually spend weekends at home because everyone else is partying, and I'm just not into that.....I read a lot and write my own stories.
good luck on your essay!

Q: Me and my boyfriend have been together 11 months, and I love him more than anything. We've both just gone to university and we're 200 miles apart. Last night, I got very, very, very drunk and was taken advantage of by a stranger. I know it's no excuse, but it explains why it happened - I am not normally ever like this. Even if my boyfriend wasn't an issue, I would still be incredibly upset about what happened, being taken advantage of in that way. I've never had a one-night-stand before, even single.
Today I missed my first day of lectures to go up to talk to my boyfriend about this. Understandably he is absolutely devastated, and destroyed - but he says as he loves me, we can stay together and give it a go. He's very negative though and I just want to know whether anyone has ever been in a relationship, one person cheated and the relationship kept going. I regret this more than anything else I've ever done and I would do absolutely anything to make it better. Thank you for any answers I receive.

I can relate completely with you on this. I actually "cheated" on MY boyfriend on a drunken night of partying. We talked it over and he forgave me, but it definately took awhile for him to trust me completely in certain situations. I think if your boyfriend still loves you, things should work out. It's been almost half a year since my "incident" and my relationship with my boyfriend is still going strong. Just trust in your love and everyting will be fine.
