Random Body Spasms & Feeling Of Tenseness/Excitement This is going to be a very long question because to me its very serious.
I would like only more experienced people, possibly doctors if there is any, but if you feel you know whats going on, then go ahead.
This is very embarressing because (without sounding bigheaded) I think I am a fairly pretty girl, I have done some modelling, Basically I noticed a few months ago that something about me was different,
Sometimes in certain siuations, I go all tense and weird, like I suddenly tense my fists and start rubbing it on my face in a really weird motion, I have a lot of other examples, I do some really really weird stuff, I really dont understand why, I find the most frequent time of doing this is when I am in the bathroom, but it happens in other places too.
I find it happens more in excitement, but it can happen for no reason too, I always feel like doing it, but I resist as much as I can.
If I do these awkward movements to much it gives me really bad pains in my stomach, and my heart feels almost empty.
I really dont know what it is, it happens at the most unexpected times, then other times I know its coming, I almost hate going to the bathroom and other places cos I know its going to happen, I really cant give you any more details, I can answer questions but I dont have anymore info on whats going on.
I really need help, its affecting my day to day life, and its far too embarressing to talk about.
I probably will not get ANY replies to this question as I cant find any research about it on the net.

Maybe you have some form of Post Traumatic Stress disorder. There may be an underlying tie between these "certain situations" something that possibly has happened that causes your brain to basically freak out. I wouldn't be too worried, but i would see my family physician to ask for help on getting the correct type of treatment. probably counseling. ]
Okay. I don't really know what is happening exactly either. It could be a mild form of tourettes syndrome, or some other mental disorder. But, I'm no doctor. So my advice to you is to go to your doctor, explain this to them, and see what they say. And if they can't figure it out, I'm sure they know or can find someone who can. I hope you get this figured out! And go see your doctor! ]
