i am 13...i weigh 102...and well im skinny!..but i eat ALOT and i just dont really gain any weight!..this year i am going to be a freshman..and im cheerleading..so i really want to be in great shape..and want to try exercising before my food catches up to me...any good ideas to get big nice cavs..arm muscles..and expeshalie a 6 pack!! Well you should probably:
- eat healthier food
- excercise
- dont eat when your not hungry
- when your full . . stop eating dont just keep
eating until you finish whats in front of you
I'm a freshmen cheerleader too so I know what ur going through b cuz im a flyer and sumtimes i feel like i need to get in shape more so i can help my bases out with lifting me up.
Just be happy with what u got and just focuse on my two fav. things . . . happiness and being healthy.

Well, first of all, you shouldn't have tried to kill yourself. Second of all, you shouldn't have told him if you knew this was gonna happen. Of course he won't leave you alone b cuz he worries about you!! I don't blame him one bit. But you should tell him that you won't do anything and that he needs to trust you. If he doesn't trust you then u shouldn't b going out.

My dad threatens to ground me for EVERYTHING these days..... Getting a C, buying a thong, eating 'lots' of junk food, buying food for myself, yelling at him, sleeping in too late, waking up too early.. You name it, my dad threatens to ground me for it! I just got off-grounded for getting a C- in English & buying a bag of candy for a "party" that me & my friends had at lunch last friday. I HATE HIM SO MUCH!!!!!!!! What am I supposed to do?? (link)

My step dad is just like your dad. I get grounded for one week when I don't keep the sink completely clean and I get no phone for a week when I don't close the shower curtain closed after I take a shower. Just little things make him ground me for a week and even more when I talk back. I can't really say anything to you to make him stop but I can tell u that it's normal, you're not the only person out there living with a control and clean freak. Just try to do the best u can with not talking back and try doing good in school and tell him and say a C is the best I can do. Tell him how u feel without going off on him.(i know it might be hard) Well, that's what i did and now he knows how i feel, and he is even less harsh on me now.

My husband has panic disorder and has suffered from panic attacks his entire life. He is on medicine for them now, but he is having a hard time holding a job. I love him dearly but am afraid if I stay I will never have anything, and I'm afraid of the judgement that will be passed on me by my family. Of course you're not crazy for doing what u felt was right from your heart. He probably needs you to take care of him. He probably needs you, no he DOES need u for your love that you've supported him with. U should do what u think is right. U know, everything happens for a reason. If your family really loves u and supports u then they won't judge u for what you're doing that's coming from your heart. Well, I hope this helped.

I have an.. well interesting sister. She is 4 years older than I am and I am nearly 18. My sister and I both live at home still. My sister acts as if her life is the most important life on the face of the earth, and she treats everyone around her like a lesser being. Sometimes I just want to physically hurt her because words just never get through to her, that is, if you can words out at all. She never lets people speak, especially when she is angry. She blames her problems on everyone else in my family, especially my mother and I'm starting to believe my sister is really breaking my moms heart to pieces. Her actions and words hurt all of my immediate family and it is so extremely peaceful and quiet when she is at work.
The thing that bothers me the most is that she always claims that her life is so much worse than everyone else's, no matter what they are enduring, she refuses to offer support, instead she will explain how much more difficult it is to be her. I can't stand being around her because she always insults me, she claims that she is just being honest when clearly - she is just being rude.
I had hoped she would be moving out soon but she enrolled in school again and so she will be staying at home for at least another 2 years. Its madness and I simply can't be around her.
When I have tried to explain how I feel and how badly she treats us she refuses to let me finish and assumes I am attacking her and she responds with attacks of her own. She always tells us how horrible it is to have a family like ours and how no one cares about her and how she wishes she could leave.
I have tried to tolerate her disgusting attitude and no one outside my family can understand my grief over this issue because my sister changes her entire self when she is around anyone other than our immediate family - she is suddenly nice. Therefore, no one else understands.
My question to advicenators is this - is there anything that I can say to my sister that will make her realize how bad she is hurting our family or do we all need to simply tough it out for the next few years until she moves out on her own?
However, even if we do tolerate her, I don't ever want to simply sever ties with my own sister - I want her to care about us and love us - I want her to be a friend to me. Not someone that hates us and supposedly makes her life horrible. (link)

If I were in your shoes I would write her a letter expressing all og my feelings and emotions. Tell her how u feel, tell her that your scared of her and she makes you upset everyday and your whole family loves her but she is out of control most of the time . . . or all of the time. Write what's in your heart, and don't make her feel like she's the powerful one and that she owns all of her family because she doesn't! Tell her that u want a sister who could go to the mall with and shop with and u want a sister who u could go to for advice, and tell her u want a sister who u could have fun with and actually talk to without her interrupting and being a b**ch. It kinda depends on who and why she cancelled with u. If she cancelled to go out with a different friend then oh yeah . . . THAT'S MESSED! If she went with someone like a family member then thats exceptional. Ask them why they cancelled on u or how come she didn't want to be with u. It probably doesnt mean that she doesnt wanna b your friend n e more. Just talk to her.

Well, sometimes it depends on the exact age. Like if he was 15 and you were 13, that would probably be fine. But if he were 18 and u were 16 that would be illegal. Have u ever heard the saying "Age is just a number" well it's true, age is just a number and if u two really like each other then go for it. If u both feel like its the right thing to do, then u should do it. Just follow your heart and tell him how u feel. Well, i hope this helped.

Well, I had a boyfriend for one year straight and everyone told us we would get married. Then one day at the next year he broke up with me b cuz he heard rumors. It broke my heart and I cried for 2 weeks straight. He cried in front of p pul too and he was a heart-throb to all the girls. We didnt talk to each other for 5 months and we sat right next to each other in 2 classes. We finally just started talking one day and now, we are gettin back together. What u can do is confront him and say hi and ask him wats been going on lately. Ask him, wat exactly happened with us, how come we dont talk anymore, why cant we b friends??? That will most likely start a conversation that will get u two wondering about each other again. It worked for me, so y cant it work for u. I'm not positive it will work but i hope it will. You probably just have watched a lot of t.v. and saw things about teenagers and driving and all that other stuff. Well, I'm a teenager and I have my period, trust me, enjoy not having ur period while u can b cuz i was just like u until the day I got it and i was not happy. I got big cramps and I was always afraid of leaking blood all over my butt and onto my clothes and it made me cranky and moody and it's not a good feeling when u feel it coming out. Not to sound grose tho. Being a teenager doesnt really feel any different from being 12 or 11 or 10, u just feel more responsible thats all, but u still act like a kid and do lots of stupid things. When u turn 13 ur parents do let u do more stuff, thats the only cool part. Well, bye.

Plan a sleepover at her house and throw all of her make-up away.LOL. No, just plan a party(just the two of u)put on each others make-up and put light colors on her and barely any make-up and tell her she looks much better with light colors and less make-up. But the thing is, when she does ur make-up, u might look like a clown, but don't worry . . . its washable(hopefully)

Well, I used to have a friend who was kinda like that. I always tried to sit down with her and tell her what she's doing is wrong and she could die from it but she always got mad at me. Well, this isn't about me so, what u should do first is try to sit her down and talk to her and tell her the consequences. If she gets mad, i'd threaten her(i know it might seem brutal but hey, anything to get her to stop right??) Tell her that if she doesn't start eating right ur gonna tell her parents or go to a doctor. U should probably make yourself emotional in front of her so she gets the fact that ur worried about her and if shes hurting herself, shes hurting u too. Well, I hope this helped.
