i am 13...i weigh 102...and well im skinny!..but i eat ALOT and i just dont really gain any weight!..this year i am going to be a freshman..and im cheerleading..so i really want to be in great shape..and want to try exercising before my food catches up to me...any good ideas to get big nice cavs..arm muscles..and expeshalie a 6 pack!!
- eat healthier food
- excercise
- dont eat when your not hungry
- when your full . . stop eating dont just keep
eating until you finish whats in front of you
I'm a freshmen cheerleader too so I know what ur going through b cuz im a flyer and sumtimes i feel like i need to get in shape more so i can help my bases out with lifting me up.
Just be happy with what u got and just focuse on my two fav. things . . . happiness and being healthy.

perfectangel2171 answered Monday August 2 2004, 7:30 pm: try using weights that r really light and just do a lot of reps thats the best way to get toned withought looking really bulky and gross like your on steroids or something. and for calves what i do is stand really tall and slowly raise up to your tip toes. then get faster and do a lot of those. it really gives u nice cut calves. it may not seem like much at first but u start to feel a burn after like 20 reps. for a six pack try various styles of crunches. sit ups don't really do much for u so definately go with crunches either a regular one or like a pilates kind of crunch or even the kind where u lay flat on your back with your head and legs elevated and pull up and scrunch them in at the same time.
