yes you can. in fact if you'll be getting in and out then it's a good idea... if you're just swimming in your backyard by yourself theres no need to wear a tapon because you don't bleed in the water. but it will not hurt anything to wear a tampon in the water just make sure you keep track of time and change it ever 4 hours because of the water it will be less absurbant.

im going to six flags friday and i need a nice bathing suit that ties on both sides of the bottom piece and ties on the back and at the top of the neck on the top piece. ive looked at hollister and jcpennys ... and i found nothing. it cant be over 50$. i kinda need one with alittle bit of padding too. not just the material. and i was wondering how i could lose weight. like what exercises can i do to lose alittle bit of weight by friday. i mostly need exercises that work the thighs and stomach area. because my thighs are big and the stick out and my stomach is kinda big and my belly button i just dont like . any suggestions?

alright so heres the deal. me and this guy used to go out. we went out like 6 times, and one time was almost for a year. He's always the one dumping ME, but somehow we end up back together again. ok this may get confusing so i'll try to put it simply ok
me and my ex also one of my best friends went out for 1 month then he broke up with me he says he did because he just saw me as a friend.i don't know if i really believe him this is the kind of realationship we had.
We talked on the phone like everyday for hours.
and we would always meet like every night(he lived behind me)anyway he seemed as though he liked me he would always put his arms around me and hold my hand and i truly thoght he liked me and i really loved him and i know i loved him because i don't say i love you unless i mean it and if a guy says it to me i'll be like thats good i know thats mean but hey can't lead them on anyway so i toldhim i loved him and he said he loved me know here's the thing he treated me way differnent then all his other girlfriends like on myspace he put all his g/f 1st but with me he didn't even put me on it he would hug his previous g/f at school but not me once we broke up i asked him if he really saw me as just a friend or if it was more to it and he said he really thought of me as a friend and he thought that way since before we were going out but he went out with me because he felt bad for me(i asked him out)!i cried for days only because i before we were going he told all my friends he likjed me he even told me he liked me so im so confused so does he like me or does he just think of me as a friend really?
we still flirt and its real hard to get over him when he's always there.

But a cheep straightner from walmart works just as well you just have to go over your hair more times.

I'm 13, and basically, I have pretty bad breats. It's genetic. Small and pointy, and barely 32A. (I suspect it's probably going to stay that way too, because I started developing 5 years ago and my whole family looks like me) Do you think I'd look ridiculous if I wore a bikini to the pool next week? My 7th grade dance dress is a halter style but has a really really low cut V neckline. (I ordered it online and didn't realize that it was so low) I bought a strapless bra but it SHOWS a little in the back and A LOT in the front!! Tampons don't hurt... make sure you remove the applicator.. seriously no one told me how to use one and i didn't bother reading the instructions about 3 yrs ago and it really hurt and i told my mom and she showed me how to put it in.. i felt so retarded for leaving the plastic thingy on there. haha
you might want to start out with a jr. size (they aren't big) the easy glide peral tampons make a great jr. tampon
don't be afriad to ask for someone to actually show you.

okay well me and this kid we'll call him bob. well we started talking about a month & a half ago. and we really hit it off. we hung out and started liking eachother like right away. he really liked me and i liked him but it like seemed to change. we went out and it started to seem like i was liking him more. and then we broke up after a week. and then the week after that we went out and then broke up again. so we stayed friends & we still acted like we were going out and kissed all the time and crap. so on friday i asked him who he liked and he said this girl named sarah. so on friday i was with him and he kissed me and i was okay with it but then i started to feel akward and hes like why do you keep pulling back and i wouldnt tell him and then i finally did but it came out totally wrong. i said that he was leading me but i didnt mean it like that, so now hes mad at me and i tried to explain to him it was cause he liked that girl but then he goes i told her yesterday i didnt like her anymore and i did like you. so now i dont think he does anymore. and hes really not talking to me. & he like took my out of his top 8 on myspace and everything. so basically i just need to know what to say to him. please help me. im super sorry its really long. ill rate all 5's. thanks (link)

My best friend moved, it was really hard for me. What we do is take picture (desposible camera) not digital!! and get the pictures develped once a month and write on the back of the pictures what's going on in them and write a cute little letter once a month we send them back and forth. i still call her everytime i have a problem and we talk on myspace and aim a lot. and i don't even wanna get started about my texting!
as for the pictures.. we take dumb ones..
pictures of us with friends.. maybe the really hot guy working at a cafe we ate at... just anything to make them feel like they're there with you.

Girls might like the "secret admirer" line in movies, but trust me it's not cool. Roses could be good buuut maybe a little strong. Just call her and ask her if yall can have lunch together someday because you need to talk to her about something really important.
when you get face to face at your meet... tell her that he's always been a great friend and thank her for meeting you. tell her that you're atracted to her and you would like to take her out on a date sometime.
