Can you wear a tampon in the water?

yes you can. in fact if you'll be getting in and out then it's a good idea... if you're just swimming in your backyard by yourself theres no need to wear a tapon because you don't bleed in the water. but it will not hurt anything to wear a tampon in the water just make sure you keep track of time and change it ever 4 hours because of the water it will be less absurbant.
