Ovulation almost always happens 14 days before you expect your period. For a woman who has 28 day cycles, that would be in the exact middle of the cycle, 14 days after the last period and 14 days before the next one.

I have some serious trust issues. Y'all know how most people say "I trust you until you give me a reason not to", right? Yeah well I DON'T trust you until you give me a reason TO. I honestly don't even trust a few of my best friends. How can I get over this?
you are guarded, and thats makes it easier for you not to get hurt. By not trusting people fully, you dont leave yourself open to getting hurt.huh.
I think you may have been hurt badly at some stage in your life.From a personal point of view, I would probably think, you may never change. Its an inbuilt mechanism in your psych.
It is extremley hard to change, I know this, because I have the same kind of thing.
I dont really see it as a problem for you though, unless you make it common knowledge (ie dont tell people you dont trust them) that bites.
trust takes a while to establish.It is really a belief in someone. I have found, if you act like you trust somone, the odds of them hurting you are much less.Dont worry too much about it.
when I told someone I didnt trust them, they immediately assumed that I couldnt be trusted myself.which really made me think.
So take some time to establish trust with different people. It will work out.Getting hurt isnt the worst thing in the world. It makes you stronger.

If your a guy it would take way longer to get rid of, and I would suggest wether you are a girl or guy to get some meds. They can often get worse, and lead to kidney infections, which are very painful believe me.
Drink plenty of water, about 8-10 glasses a day. Cranberry juice is also great.
but get a urinary alkaliser from your chemist/pharmacy and see if it improves. it may go away , but I wouldnt bet on it.

Id recommend getting info sent out to you from both parties. If you opt for the navy of course you would have to like water a lot, beacuse you may spend a lot of time at sea. My son is in the navy cadets, (he loves it) but we are in australia, and its different where you are.
both careers have great pay, so its just a matter of reading a bit about both, then making an educated decision.

that is what they used to do in the old movies. I think you should buy some rouge/blusher, if you want to have nice pink cheeks. Pinching it will probably give you broken capillaries in a few years time.

There are these kids on my bus and they talk about things that are just egregious like “hanging all of the n****r*”, “shooting all of the f*g*”, and lighting living animals on fire and watching them suffer. How can I let them know that this behavior/ talk is unacceptable? I don’t care where you come from, this behavior is insane. It makes me feel uncomfortable and upset. There is an African-American boy on my bus and it is just so terrible to watch all of this happen in front of him. These kids are about 12 to 14. I didn’t know that people could be so wicked at all, let alone so young. How can I handle this situation??

I agree with lalagurl, tell the principal, they should be kicked off the bus, and also seriously counselled, how disgusting to have to listen to that stuff on your way to school or anywhere. Of course they are the bunch of losers, but I really feel for you and the other normal peeps on the bus. It must be scary for you? I know I would feel scared. A bunch of sociopaths. i think i may have OCD. i've read up on it and i have all the symptoms. i especially struggle with "obsessions" as in i get one little thought stuck in my head and i think about it over and over for months.
i've tried doing everything i can about it, but to no avail. i spoke to my mum about it but she thinks its just worry and stress. she won't take it at all that i may have a mental illness. i really want to see a therapist or a doctor, but i'm only 17. my question is, could i see someone without my mum finding out? like i said, i can't talk to her about it. if not, what's something i can do to help myself until i turn 18 and can see a doctor myself? it's really starting to affect and has been persisting for over a year now. please help me. thank you
my boyfriend has the same thing. He has thoughts that wont go away and he cant stop thinking about things. His head buzzes. He really hates it, as he cant concentrate on things. He had to have medication (citalopram)He wasnt diagnosed as OCD though, he was classed as a symptom of depression. He is much better on the meds. I think you need to talk to someone about this, like if not your parents, then a school counsellor, or a friends parent. Do you have older bros or sis's, you really need to be advised by someone, who can actually help you do something about it. I hope you can find someone who can direct you to the doctor. Why cant you see the doc yourself? Why do you have to be 18?

Ive found its probably a good idea to ignore the peron you like, that always makes them seem more interested. If you act desperate (not saying you are) but if you do, and they see you becoming obsessive,it scares them off even more. People who play hard to get, are much more appealing.
How do you know this person doesnt like you?, were you told or or are you assuming?
But if you know for a fact she dont like ya, forget her, theres someone else just around the corner.

Ok, so I'm 15 and my boyfriend and I have together for a good solid 7 months. We're sexually active, but trust me when I say that our relationship is about more than just sex. We respect eachother and this is the first relationship I've had that really means something to me. I'm not positive if I'm 'in love' but it sure comes close.
So, we've had sex maybe 8 or 10 times since we lost our virginity to each other a couple months ago. At first, I was totally "I'm ALWAYS going to use protection!" but we've gone a few times without (but we've made SURE to pull out). I know that that there are still SO many risks but I thought we were being careful. Well the more I've been thinking about it (and it's been increasing lately) the more I think I might be pregnant! The thought alone totally freaks me out!! I'm adopted and my birthmother had her first child at age 13 and me at 15 and I've always promised to myself not to follow in her footsteps. I've been researching everything online and I havn't had any of the 'earliest signs of pregnancy' EXCEPT for my missed period which was supposed to come yesterday but I've had missed/late periods before. Apart from that I havn't been bloated or tender anywhere and I don't know if it's just paranoia, but my stomache's been looking a little "poochy" lately. The last time we had unprotected sex was maybe 2-3 weeks ago but again, he pulled out wayy before he came.

pulling out of sex before the man ejaculates, doesnt mean some stray semen hasnt escaped earlier, this can happen all the time, so this is not a good way of contraception. What can I say, besides I know it feels much better without a condom, but also it feels much ,MUCH better to not be pregnant. When you are so young that is.
Please use condoms, or go on the pill. You dont wanna risk getting pregnant, at your age. Trust me, babies are beautiful, but they strip you of your life and freedom, and possibly your partner. Always use protection!!! there will be times for babies when your older and have lived a little yourself.

Thanks SO much to everybody who answered my last question! Now that I feel a little more confident about this whole thing, I've got yet another problem:
Should I tell my boyfriend about this? I mean I love him so much; he means way too much to me and the last thing I want to do to him is freak him out. Everytime we joke about or do that "What if..." thing, and the idea of kids come up, he always says that he never wants them. I'm guessing the whole idea of pregnancy would get him all, i don't know...wierd. I on the other hand would LOVE to have them (but NOT UNTIL IM WAY OLDER, please don't think that I'm like that!) but regardless, I don't want to send him running. But on the other hand, if something's going on shouldn't he know? Everytime we fool around now, I get this whole wave of guilt but I still want him so badly. I don't want to make this into a big deal if it's just a false alarm. I think you should calm down and think about what you are saying/doing. If you want to have kids in (years to come) why mention it to your boyfriend now. Wait until the years to come. If you are always saying what if i become pregnant, of course he would be scared. He is probably young like you. Its unneccasry and you will probably scare him off. Use protection!!! most important thing. Becuase in a few years time, I reckon you wont even be with him then. Thats how the world is.
Live for the time being, not five years into the future. You may hang onto him, if you stop scaring him off. Most people who have kids discuss it, and agree on it ogether. They dont have what ifs....Hope that helps.

if you have sex like less than a week before your period and become pregant will you still have your period for that month?
It is possible that you are pregnant, periods are not a sure way to know if you are or not. Just have a pregnancy test (at local doc) or buy one from the pharmacy.
And if you are having sex, I hope you are using protection, then you never have to worry about getting pregnant. Ok. Plus protection from stds...My son is 15 and he asks me to buy him condoms, so I am sure you can ask your (boyfriend/s) to do the same. If they dont have protection, tell em no.
Its your life thats gonna be messed up, as well as theirs.

I think your mum must be scared of the big bad world , and she is being a little over-protective. When you reach a certain age, and you have more freedom, parents tend to worry. I think you need to talk to her, sit down one night and just say mum "whay are you doing this"? tell her how it embarrases you, and how other parents dont do this. (although some may)
If you have good friends and arent into drugs, she will chill out a bit. Tell her you need your space. Most importantly you need to be trusted. So if youve earned her trust, she will lay off you.Dont be too hard on her though, I reckon she loves you a good deal. Just talk with her, thats always the best and first base to touch.

If you had loads of friends at your old school, the problem doesnt lay with you alone. I think its always hard when you move, the best advice I can give, is to try and be outgoing, go up and say "hey, hows it going" to a few girls. Be confident, dont feel shy even though i know its very hard at first. Be yourself, and dont try too hard. Most of all relax, you will make good friends, but it takes a little time. There must be someone out there for ya. Try that, and let me know what happens...k
