your most likely to get pregant at any time. and if you want to find an exact date on which u can have sex without a condom and know for a big def that you will not get preg. then u can go to your doctor who will test you and find out. but that takes time and money.. and taking the pill is a 99% chance of not gettin preg. but still there is that 1% that you may

You're most likely to get pregnant whenever you're not on your period. But the most risk is a couple weeks before your next period, because the egg in the uterus is exposed and waiting to be fertilized. Once you start your period the egg disintegrates, so once you get off your period, for the next week the egg is still in the fallopian tube, which is extremely rare for sperm to get to it and get you pregnant. When you're on your period there's still a risk but a low one, since the egg is in the process of disappearing.

That is the average time that most women ovulate (14 days after the start of your period), but everyone is a little different. Plus sperm can live inside of you for up to 7 days, which means that a big portion of the month you are at risk of pregnancy. If you are on the Pill, and you take it at the same time everyday, you are over 99% protected against pregnancy- all month long.

Ovulation almost always happens 14 days before you expect your period. For a woman who has 28 day cycles, that would be in the exact middle of the cycle, 14 days after the last period and 14 days before the next one.
check out this site which is really helpful. I am not sure if you are trying to get preganant or trying to avoid geting pregnant.
remember to use protection (condoms) or the pill to protect yourself.
