Dear chris13
My mum follows me around, when I am with my friends I see her in her car up the street, spying on me. I am 15 years old, I should be given a little freedom, why does she do this?
please help its embarrasing

I think your mum must be scared of the big bad world , and she is being a little over-protective. When you reach a certain age, and you have more freedom, parents tend to worry. I think you need to talk to her, sit down one night and just say mum "whay are you doing this"? tell her how it embarrases you, and how other parents dont do this. (although some may)
If you have good friends and arent into drugs, she will chill out a bit. Tell her you need your space. Most importantly you need to be trusted. So if youve earned her trust, she will lay off you.Dont be too hard on her though, I reckon she loves you a good deal. Just talk with her, thats always the best and first base to touch.
