Hi, my name is Ali. My mom is taking me to a hair salon to get my highlights touched up. I have dirty blonde hair and blonde highlights. Could someone please give me ideas on what else I could do to my hair. Like maybe dye it or add different color highlights. If you want a picture of me just ask.

15, almost 16, female.
Little brother is 12 almost13.
we fight all the time. I try so hard to be nice. and most of the time I am nice. I am always sharing, and even if I getsomething new, I always share it, and I am tollerent of our different taste in music. He likes heavy rap and metal, and those are the two I despise. Although I enjoy love songs, they are not my favorite, he despises them tho.
I want to be a good big sister. I want him to come to me when he has a girlfriend, or when he has girl trouble, or something good to tell me. I want him to be able to come to me. Now when he needs to be driven to a friends house or somewhere with a friend, he despises when I drive, ( I have my permit) but, I know I need the practice so I can get my liscense, and My parents, of course, are with me, and they are okay with me driving my brother and his friends. But I will be getting my liscence in 5months, and I want him to want me to drive him. I want him to look up to me, and like it when I drive him or pick him up from places. I do try to set a good example too!!
Any tips? Is he just going through a stage? How can I be more tollerent when he is bad??

thats just how brothers are they try to have their own life and they think that they're cool and you're not and they try to get on your nerves b.c. they think its funny dont let it get you down he'll grow up and ya'll will h ave y our i love you moments!!! hope i helped

NO! think about it if he lives in Flordia and you live in Tennessee you would never be able so see him just talk to him when yall are on the internet you would never know what hes truly like or even what his voice sounds like or he might be cheating on you and you would never know!!! but its your decision im just saying lol! hope i helped

i would deff. eat fruit and vegetables milk and water help to so for break fast a beagal and fruit or somethin lunch a salad and with vegetables and eggs and stuff in it or w.e. then for a snack fruit anything and dinner chicken or somethin and then excercise alot!!!!! hope i helped

this will be kind of long but i really need help and will rate high. i basically have no life. i have friends but they all live so far and it's hard to make plans. someone always cancels, or i lose my ride, or something happens. i live in the middle of nowhere and attend a school outside my district. i spend my days and nights alone and i actually got a job so i could feel like i was out for at least a few hours every week. to be honest, i was hoping to make friends at the job but they gave me a job in the back of the store all by myself and that doesn't help either. i try to talk to people at my school and most of them just really don't care what i have to say. i guess i'm just not interesting. three of my friends i have not seen since they left my school and the two i do see are completely disappointing in the sense that they do nothing but emotionally harm me. i need to know how to meet people, and make more friends... i have no idea how to get out and socialize if i can't do that at work and school. i just need some advice because i feel like giving up on life. all i really want is someone i can hang out with when i'm not working to escape my pathetic excuse of a life... i don't understand why it's so hard. :-/ please help me. Me and my girlfriend have been seriously dating for almost 3 years. 8 years before I met her, she became friends with an exchange student from Belgium. She had a big crush on him, however nothing romantically happened. Last week he was in town and needed some 1 to go to Orlando Florida with him, my girlfriend and her brother agreed to go with him. At the end, her brother wasent able to go, so she ended going with this guy by herself. I trust my girlfriend 100 percent, however, the thought of her willingly going, while fully aware of my negative feelings towards this so called "friends" trip has been driving me crazy. Ive asked around and the answer I always get is " get rid of her". My question is, do I have the right to feel mad, disrespected and betrayed by my girlfriends actions, what should I do? (link)

This is just my opinion but i think that you should NOT get rid of your g/f trust me been down the road you will miss her soo much plus shes just going with a FRIEND it will be ok i promise and if she likes him better shes not good enough for you and not worth your while and plus you can call her every day and make sure shes ok!!! i really hope i helped

I am a 14 female so I don't know if that is going to help. I have a little sister who is 8. Me and her usually get along great, we don't fight unless we mess around with each other. I love messing with her and she likes it too because that is the only time we have to be together and act stupid. I don't have much time now that school started, so we don't talk too much. I don't play with her as much. I am not allowed to get on the computer when my parents are home so I get on when they go somewhere. My sister never really minded this but lately she has been telling on me on a lot of things that I do wrong. Sometimes she even makes up lies up about what I do. My parents are really getting annoyed. They think I am changing in a bad way. I don't know what to do anymore. My sister is always telling me how she hates me and wants me to die. I wear makeup to hide ugly scars on my face. With my makeup on no one ever knows that I have them. Only my family has ever seen me without my makeup. My boyfriend of one year is getting fed up with me. He cant accept the fact that he cant see me as sporadically as he'd like. When he comes over unannounced I make him wait 10 or 20 mins while I fix myself up. He says that he loves me no matter what.. and yet he is always saying the best thing about me is my beauty. Should I reveal to him how I truly look and risk losing him? Or save face and let him be upset? (link)

my mom knows i have a boyfriend she does her best to split us up alot like when she knows im talking to him on the phone she will yell at me for no apparent reason, she won't let me go to sleep overs, movies, no where with anybody and she knows i like my boyfriend alot, i feel were growing apart because we never spend time together at all unless he sneaks over my house while my moms at work. its basically like she is jealous. what should i do? what should i say? my momma be trippin' alot i cant go nowhere me or my sister without her and this relationship im in now i never was surer about love than this one relationship i feel different its not like the others im sure of it but my momma doesn't think so because she think she knows every d#*# thang which she doesn't i won't break up with my boyfriend even if i have to sneak and do things that is very wrong and im not really a sneaky person but my momma just dont want us to get closer at all as a matter of fact i believe she wants us to break up even if she claims she likes my baby. i think she likes you being your little girl and she doesnt you two to grow apart and that she doesnt want you to get hurt emotionally or phiscally so i think you should sit down and have a nice long talk with her and tell her how you feel have a curfew but be able to go out be able to talk on the phone without interuptions :)

right now i have light brown hair thats about 3 inches past my shoulders. i have a round/oval face. i was wondering if a shorter hairstyle would look ok on me... not too short. i want it to be layered with just a little bit of "spikeyness" and the last layer should just tounch my shoulders. does anyone have any good websites for this type of haircut? ok i would light brown eye shadow and smoky looking bronw eyeliner 9 if wanted ) no lip liner but light pink lipglosses or no really brown but almost or clear looking colors and then sheer cover works really good for powder!!

Well, my best friend died exactly a year ago as of yesterday. I'm not sure if many of you are familiar with my question I posted last year about her death, but so you can hear the whole story here's the link: http://advicenators.com/qview.php?q=248637
I've had a hard time dealing with her death, mentally and physically and I've been really depressed. I still blame myself for her death every day because I still feel that if I were there it wouldn't have happened.
I really need help coping with it... I've tried to keep myself busy with fencing, my boyfriend, my friends and schoolwork.. But nothing really seems to keep my mind fully off of what happened.
This past week, when her anniversary came up was when I really started to get depressed. I've gone to therapy because of her death and also because of other problems and my therapist keeps telling me that it wasn't my fault and that I couldn't have prevented it from happening. But if you really think about it, I COULD saved her. She kept begging me to go to the party with her but I said no because I wanted to be with my boyfriend. I think that if I wasn't being so selfish in wanting to spend so much time with my boyfriend, then I WOULD have gone to the party. My ex boyfriend WOULDN'T have slipped X in her drink he WOULDN'T have raped her and she WOULDN'T be dead.
I talk to her family almost every day and they always tell me that it's not my fault... But I still feel like it is.
How can I stop feeling like this is my fault? And how can I finally get closure on her death? (link)

My names "Ali" and i met my friend, joe in grade 7. I am now in grade 12 and hes in University. He has gay tactics which are not attractive for a girl. So i went to prom with him because we were friends and such. Okay theres these two girls at school that I was BEST friends with until this year, they decided to believe that I lie and spread rumors about them. Ill admit theres some things that I regret but Ive apologized 10 times.. its like all they wanna do is fight.but now theyre hanging out with this girl and shes just really mean and theyve turned into her.. thats why I dont like them anymore.But its hard cuz theyre really immature about it (throwing volleyballs at me in gym, looking at me while they talk to people about me, obviously, dirty looks) and i have to deal with it every day.
