how to apply makeup and where?
i need some make up tips. 13/f and i love makeup but want some other ways to put it on but not look like i tried to hard because i am going to where it to school every day. If this helps * 13/f light brown hair brown eyes long oval face big nose perfect shaped eyebrown thin upper lip lower lip normal size great attitude i want to shine* and be noticed *much love i rate!!!

You don't need a lot of make up to get noticed. Just put on a mellow color that brings out your eyes and maybe a little color on the cheeks. You don't want to put on too much makeup.

I fit just about the same description as you, except my lips are about the same size and I'm 15 years old. I would use either a really, really, really light lilac color for eyeshadow, or a light brown/golden color. Try to get foundation that matches your skin. Use roll on eyeliner, preferablly brown-colored. It doesn't really show up brown, it looks dark..but not as dark as black. Use mascara, lightly..don't over do it. I never use blush, but if you were to use it..Get a shade darker than your skin tone. Hope this helps!

if you dont know where the makeup belongs, thats a good sign that you don't need any
butttt a little mascara works wonders to brighten your eyes/give a flirty look
if you have sleeping circles, use a little light concealer under your eyes
light pink glossy lipgloss is a good generic item, neutral, and has so many purposes! locking in moisture, adding a little girly flare, kissing, etc
perfect eyebrows? dont disease and over-tweeze is what we say here lol but ok

ok.. dont listen to any of these girls ! because i no how to do makeup.. dont put eyeshawdow on.. i think thats overdoing..
always put face makeup on first... it evens out your skin .. i suggest using True Match..powder.. but instead of using that thing to put it on.. use a brush so it comes on less thick and you cant notice you have it on..
get an eyelash curler.. and curl them nice.. if you need help with that ask someone who nos how cause its kinda hard..
curl them 2wice and if there looking a little too much together.. just use your finger and brush them out so there not that together...
for mascara.. use LashExact by covergirl.. it is in a purple container thing.. woorks amaziiiinnngg.. haha.. put it on the ends of your eyelashes this way you cant tell your wearing it and so it doesnt come out that dark..
since you have brown eyes..black eyeliner is fine.. milani eyeliner works the best.. but if you want your eyes to be brought out.. get the color Hot Chocolate.. its like a redish brown and it would bring out your eyes..
if your eyelashes are already long.. dont wear masara.. because using it makes your eyelashes smaller..
for your lips.. when your putting on the face powder.. brushh it on your lips too to make them look a little bit lighter.. and then just put some chap stick on.. dont use one that is colored cause thats ugly haha.. get chap stick lip moisturiser.. its in a blue thing..

since your only 13, you dont want to overdo it. i suggest: black eyeliner (liquid eyeliner is MY preference, i reccomend it), and you can always put a little mascara. as for eyeshadow colors, go with natural tones, like light brown, light pink, that are barely noticable, but they are still noticable. as for your lips, if you want them to be bigger, use desert by jessica simpson. its looks great, and tastes great, and makes your lips plumper (and is affordable).

OKay well at your age you dont want a lot of makeup but you want a natural look so I suggest just using mascara and a brown eye shadow. Wear maybe a peach colored lipgloss and maybe get a shimmery eye shadow thats maybe white or silver or gold and put that right under where your eyebrows are. Do this and you got yourself a nice look for school!

ok i would light brown eye shadow and smoky looking bronw eyeliner 9 if wanted ) no lip liner but light pink lipglosses or no really brown but almost or clear looking colors and then sheer cover works really good for powder!!
