Most of the time you do, but there are some certain situations where you don't, but you should! Really, pap smears are no where near as bad as they sounds, and they really aren't painful. They are a little uncomfortable, but it really isn't that bad.

Well, a lot of my friends in real life are the type of people that take a picture of everything and stick it on their MySpaces. So obviously they take a lot of their friends.

And in every pic I'm either smiling or poking my tongue out and that gets quite boring after a while. What are some cool/funny/entertaining camera poses I can do?

k well i just found out about a week ago i have type 1 diabetes.
and i wanna lose some weight cos i gained alot back because i was really imicated or whatever.
its hard though because i have to have 4 carbs - 1 carb =15g of carbohydrates.
for breakfast lunch and dinner.
than i have to have a snack between breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner, and dinner and bed, which has to be 2.

how can i lose weight, like would jumping on the trampoline and stuff help?

please help &healthy food ideas with low calories that will fill me up would be nice.

i have type 1 diabetes as well. I used to have to eat a snack in the morning, in the afternoon & before supper but i asked my doctor is i could take those snacks out. Your doctor should be able to reduce the amount of insulin you take so you don't have to eat those snacks (if you don't want to) Also, always eat the carbs you're supposed to, but when you're done with THAT amount, just eat the "free foods" as my doctor calls them. those are the healthy ones, like vegetables & meats. Any amount of consistent exercise and eating right will help you lose weight

I want to tan this summer. I want try not get burnt and yet wear sunsreen. I have very very ight skin and burn easy. but thing is i put aloe on if i get burnt then next day my skin same color. anyway I was wondering. how long should stay out in the sun and how many mins. plus what time of day be better.

starting off, you shouldn't stay out there that long, and that's good you still wear sunscreen. I would say stay out there about 10 minutes and gradually go up two minutes everyday if you don't burn. There is also lotions out there that will give you a gradual tan and i know that the Johnson's brand works. & puttin aloe vera on after each tan will make your tan last longer:]

I would say so. Even if you don't know what you will major in, you will still have college credits. You could get a better job with a college degree than without one

okay, so i love swimming, but i DREAD wearing a bathing suit! I'm really insecure about it. I'm absolutely not fat, but i don't have a bikini body either. I'm also very self conscious about how much is showing. i always look and feel so awkward in a bathing suit. i have acne on my back that i can't get to go away, so thats embarrasing. i almost always get a once-peice bathing suit, but i'm thinking about a tankini this summer. but i want to find one i don't have to worry about. any suggestions on where to get a good (and inexpensive) one? preferably not low cut and boy-short bottoms. and also, how to overcome the insecurity. help, please??

well it probably depends on the guy, i'm sure that not all guys like that too much. now occasionally, that's fine. but it they keep blowing the guy off he will just stop trying. but most guys that I know, if a girl does that, then they'll just hang out with another girl.
