A orgasm for a girl is a very difficult thing to explain, but it is a great feeling.
Things you could try to achieve one is to engage in more foreplay before you have intercourse. This will get you more worked up and closer before you actually start.
Also trying different positions can help. Being on top is a great position for a girl to achieve and orgasm. She is in control and knows how to make herself happy.

i think i had this same problem! when we did it missionary style or whatever, i neverrrr orgasmed. Try getting on top, haha or new positions. Trust me, you will know when you have one =D
