I can't be sure, but I'd say if Burger King's patties are about 600 cals, then a homemade patty full of vegetables will be within/under that range.

im in college and whenever i go out i usually bring a purse with me ( and im usually the only one of my friends to bring one ) but i need things when i go to parties like my phone..camera..keys..makeup ect. i was wondering if i should start carrying a clutch? i have some wristlets but they just dont seem to be able to fit a digital camera and cell phone lol. when i see girls wearing clutches they're usually wearing dresses..which i dont normally wear. so my question is.......would it look okay to wear a clutch handbag with jeans and a nice top? dressy outfits but not a dress?

i don't think they do because they wouldn't get greasy from your scalp. they may need it if they get dirty otherwise but i'm not sure if you'd use shampoo.

It might just take more time for it to stop hurting for you. You may have a small vagina.
As far as masturbating goes, I wouldn't knock it before you try it :D you can learn better what you like and what feels good to you, and find out for yourself what it takes to make you climax (this could be clitoral or vaginal stimulation, or both).

okay, i got my ears peirced a week ago today..and they still kinda hurt. they sometimes itch a little bit at the bottom of the lobe. and whenever i turn them, they kinda hurt..like kinda sting, and kinda pinch. i wouldnt turn them, but the lady that peirced them said that i have to or they'll grow over or something. and after i turn them, they hurt. my mom said it's probobly because im sleeping on them. but whats really wrong with my ears? You need to be turning them and cleaning them every day. It might hurt but it'll hurt more if you don't.

I would print these 2 pictures out and show them to the stylist and ask which one would go better with your face shape. They look pretty much the same, so you can also show them to him/her to give them an idea of what you want and then just let them cut and style the way they think would look best for you.

You may be able to get your first deferred, I would ask the judge very politely if that would be possible. A deferral will be on your record but cannot be viewed for the most part and basically states that there was no conviction.
If it's not deferred you may be able to get your record sealed when you're 18. My knowledge is a little shady about record sealing.
Just act polite and very sorry for your actions in court and he will likely give you the minimum sentence.
These can all change depending on the state you live in. Try doing some research on your particular state (google) so you know the possible outcomes.
Don't fret too much, it is only a first citation which a lot of people do have, unfortunately. Just try to be smarter next time, and I hope this helped you out a bit.

im 17/f umm i live in katy,texas & i pretty much hate it here. im a senior so yeah. but for college im staying here. & im going t U. of Houston. i don't fit in here at all. ever since i moved he re in 8th grade im always getting made fun of. in school, or even like when i go somewhere people from my school will be there & make fun of me and laugh at me. i guess its because i don't say anything. but sometimes i do they still will make fun of me. & i guess it's because im really skinny, and people call me a monkey. and i guess it's because i kind of have alot of hair on me. like on my face idk. & i think its also because im not like other girls who get dressed up for school, nd have make up on, and my hair done. in class no one really talks to me and i don't even know why. i don't really talk to anyone because most of the time i get stuck with the popular kids who're in my class & i don't think they like me at all. this is my senior year and i want to be the girl that everyone wants to be around. but how? please help me!! I'm sorry to hear about all that. It's too bad you have to go to such a clique-y school. What you need to keep in mind is that high school is nothing like the real world, and some people have to suffer through it until you get out and meet some really cool people. Be glad it's your senior year (almost over), it's going to be mine too :)
Don't listen to the popular kids and try to find some friends who are into the same stuff you are. Join a club, volunteer or do anything you're interested in that'll help you get to know other people with those same interests.
Lastly, be confident in yourself. Don't be afraid to say what's on your mind when appropriate, and people will get to know you.

If you don't respond, he'll eventually give up. If you see him all the time, though, you might want to be straight up with him and just say he's a nice guy but you're not looking for a relationship or that you just don't see him that way. If he denies it or acts defensive, just say, "OK but you came off the wrong way" and just don't act like it's a big deal.
I've had plenty of experience with these kind of guys that won't take a hint.

ok so ive known this guy named mike for about two years now. When we met we constantly flirted ect. and became really good friends. I thought things were going great but was devastated when i noticed after a while he got a girl friend. I didnt care he had a girlfriend because i know we both connected and cared for eachother so i acted as if she didnt exsist. He would constantly invite me places but my mom wouldnt let me go so i lead him on and never showed up. =/ I didnt want to tell him it was because of my mom i didnt go. After some time i guess he got fed up. We slowly stopped talking. I recently im'ed him and said i missed talking to him. which i really do. Before i signed off i told him that i wish he wouldnt be a stranger anymore. The next day i im'ed him but he didnt respond, same follows for the day after that. I know i havent been the nice one in this situation but i really really want to be friends with him like i used too. Idk what to do. I would like to know why he doesnt answer is it maybe because he fears i want more than a friendship and he cant cuz he has a girl. You should definitely tell him the truth, because at least then there's a chance that you two could be friends again, whereas if you don't he won't talk to you.
He may have gotten involved with another girl because he thought that you were leading him on by not showing up to the places you told him you would.
Even if he doesn't want to be your boyfriend, at least he can be your friend once you tell him the reasons you never came around...and maybe it'll lead to more once the friendship starts again without the confusion.

If you're considering whether or not to shave, you should know that pubic hair is there for some good health reasons. It acts as a cushion so your labia doesn't get chaffed and traps bacteria from getting into your vagina and causing infections.
Ingrown hairs are also a problem. They're when hair curls back on themselves under your skin, causing red, painful pimples. If you nick yourself while shaving, the bacteria near your vagina may get in the cut and give you a skin rash.
If you still want to shave, (1) Soften hair with warm water. (2) Apply lots of shaving cream. (3) Use a brand new razor. (4) Shave gently in the direction that the pubic hair grows.
Or you could wax. But DO NOT use something like Nair, the chemicals can burn your labia.
