Am I related to someone if my gramma's sister is married to his gramma's brother?

Not really. I mean, technically you are slightly... just by marriage. If you wanted to date that person it wouldn't be incest.

I don't think so. If anything, you'd be related by marriage and not blood. I'm not completely sure, though.
