When you see lot of flies buzzing over it...or lice...or it's just plain dirty then definitely a yes yes!

If they get dirty, yes.
But if you just want to wash it for a special day then thats fine, just make sure you do it the right way.

look at this site, make sure if your wig is synthetic hair that you fallow those directions, as well as if it is human hair.

i don't think they do because they wouldn't get greasy from your scalp. they may need it if they get dirty otherwise but i'm not sure if you'd use shampoo.
