i wanna know how this girl made her eyeliner smudged at the bottom of her eye

whenever i TRYY i end up looking like i have eyebags and like a black eye it sucks. how do i do it using a smudger

try going to a macy's, i think they have free makeovers there? ask one of the makeup ladies to do it for you and show you how to do it.
