Q: There's this girl that me n my friends can't stand that hang out with us her names Kaytee! Well she was sitting with us at lunch one day, and my friend Lisa came over and sat with me and then left, and Kaytee then said, I was shaking because she was around, there was a rumor that Lisa was a lesbian, but she's my best friend, and I know her more then anyone and she ISN'T! Kaytee is totally against gay people, and all the people of whom I hang out with are don't mind if someone's gay! She assumes from rumors that people are lesbian and homosexual, and then pretends that she's scared of them. Without being totally mean to Kaytee, but getting it across that some people that she thinks aren't gay. What can I tell her?

When I found out my best friend from 4th grade was gay no one really cared in fact she started a GSA(Gay Straight Alliance) at my school with my help and I found out that a lot of my friends are gay. Tell her that Lisa is not gay and she shouldn't believe everything people tell her.

Pro-active is really good my friend uses it and its really good it takes away your acne but it takes a long time for the scars to go away, but it works. Good Luck

Use a shaving cream with a moisterizer or anti-itch. Like AVEENO or you could use Cetiphal right after you shave. I not a doctor but like I said use moisterizer. Or you could wax but thats painful.

Q: 16/f/California. I hang out a lot with my 15 year old female cousin. Me and her always have a good time. Its not like I want to stop hanging out with her. She's part of the "punk" crowd (but she's only in it because its the trend, and I KNOW thats why, because I know her well, and I know thats not the "real her"...but thats beside the point). And I'll admit, I do say "like" and "oh my gosh" a lot. Everytime we're at the mall or somewhere and we walk past girls that say something like "LIKE...OH MY GOD" she ALWAYS has to say something like "wow...did you just hear those girls? I can't stand those types of girls". And she'll say it loud enough to where they can hear. And I always act like I can't hear her, or I just start to say something else, because 1.) I don't judge people because of the way they talk and 2.) That seriously doesn't even bother me. But if she sees a punk guy or girl walking, she'll stare, admire, walk a little slower to where they can see her, and she'll try to tease her hair more (she has big hair) so she'll look a little more like them. But just because she's dressed like them and they're dressed like her doesn't mean shit. Theres more to that and she judges people SO quickly. And tonight we were at dinner with my aunt and she was explaining how she can't stand girls that talk like that and I quickly jumped in and said this:
Me-"you know what I've noticed about you? You judge people so quickly"
Her-"no I don't"
Me-"yes you do, everytime we walk past girls that say something like that, youALWAYS have to make a comment, and its stupid, you don't even know them"
Her-"I'm just saying I don't like girls like that, I'll talk to them and say hi and stuff, but I can't hang out with them"
Me-"Well, why do you have to say it all the time, you don't have to like them, just don't think like that so fast.... you know why I think you do it? I think you do it just to bring them down and push yourself up and thats stupid."
Her-"[[[[same thing as above.]]]"
What should I tell her? Because after, I just ignored what she said after that. But I'm really not done with this conversation. I hate when people make quick judgements like that, especially when you say it loud enough so that person can hear. That only makes enemies. And whats the point of talking about them anyways? Its not going to make anything change nor is it going to make them go away. What should i tell her. I don't want to just stop hanging out with her, because aside from that we have no problems. I just want her to be a little more opened minded...not just about people, but about everything and also to start thinking for herself. What should I do?

Q: my period is coming up real soon, and every single one of my friends have told me that tampons work wonders. (by the way i have only had my period once before and im 13) but my mom thinks im not ready, and i feel ready, i have tried one of my mom's tampons, there regular, and i got it in like half way, and i asked her for the beginners teen easy slide ones, and she claims that i am to young to start it, and 2 of my best friends already started putting tampons in by there 3rd period. can someone one give me advice on if i am to young? or jus keep practicing with my moms? ill rate

My mom says the same thing 'your to young'. But I asked my doctor and she said its ok but if you get a tampon that's to big it'll rip your tissue. My mom she forgot to change hers and she had to go to the hospital to get it taken out. So, I suggest unless you go swimming or something to use pad's. oh, some advice if your bleeding a lot get thick ones or it'll leak but if its normal than use a long thin one that way you won't feel like your wearing a diaper. Tell me how it goes ok

Q: I've liked this guy for forever. But, I can't wait on him. I know he doesn't like me more than a friend and I know I won't stop liking him insanely for a while. It depends if you like his friend then sure go out with him, but if its just to make him jeali then don't because it won't be worth it. And if the guy you like doesn't like you the same way you do, don't get your hopes up you'll just end up ruining your friendship. I know I learned by losing my some of my closets friends. Q: Okay, there's this girl who is supposed to be my friend. Well, let's say she doesn't act like it. She calls me "idiot", "fool", and a bunch of other names.
