well if he has a girlfriend i would say flirting with him would be a bad thing to do because of the fact that he is taken but maybe you should try to get him to ask you out or atleast talk to him.

Q: hey guys.. i have a problem. My really close friend since 2 years has been cutting herslef and i only found out in September this year. I ALWAYS tell her to stop because its not good for her but she wont! I ask her why and she would never give me a straight answer or she would just change the subject. I recalled her saying that one of the reason she does it is because shes muslim and ever since 9/11 some people have been very racsit about it, saying that ALL musilm people are like that. She never tells me when something is bugging her and i really care for her but im not sure how i can help her. No, im not going to an older person about it because i know she doesnt want anyone to know abotu it. Her legs are really scarred from it. Can anyone give me any ideas of how i can convince her to stop? (BTW she doesnt listen to anyone when they tell her)

try talking to her about it try telling her that you love her and that she isnt alone that she still has you make her feel like she can talk to you about whats bugging her thats what friends do they care for each other and try to help each other when ever one of us is being put down now about the racist comments people really dont have lives do they ??!!? but she should try to ignore what every one says about her although its hard to its the only way they will stop (if they are directly saying this to her) if she isnt getting direct remarks she shouldnt be as bothered because what ever happned on 9 11 wasnt her fault there are just alot of people who do stupid things and put their country down. she should love her self for who she is and show people that not all muslims do what every1 thinks all muslims do.

Q: My boyfriend acts like he is so much better than me when he is with his friends.
He says some pretty mean things, and acts like he can say what he wants because he is 3 years older than me.
Like before, our friend said something about Semi, and how the table is going to be filled with 17-18 year old guys, and 15 year old girls, then he said they are going to look like petifiles. tell him how you feel ! tell him that he can be a little harsh sometimes and that he's been doing it when he's with his friends as if he's ashamed of you....just because he is your boyfriend and is 3 years older than you doesnt give him the right to treat you this way if nothing changes id think twice about who im with.

i were you i would talk to him about it the calmest way he shouldnt get mad at you because you checked his messages your his girlfriend ! i think u have the right to invade a little, if he gets mad then it shows he's hiding something or that he didnt want you knowing he was still talking to her after he said he would stop. just talk to him about how him and her talking bothers you and that you knoe he doesnt like her but it still bothers you..if he loves you he'll understand.

maybe you should try telling your mom how you feel ...i know that alot of times we all think talking about it doesnt help ...but it really does i cant say i know how you feel because i havent been put in this exact situation but i have had similar times like this. your dad not being in your life isnt your fault. all you need to do is go to any jewelery store and tell them you want a name plate they'll ask you for the name and they can make it right their sumtimes they'll ask you to go back another day to pick it up so i'd do it 2 weeks b4 x-mas.

Q: im 18 and i have been at my current job for over a year. I recently got a managment position. Before i was offered the position i was ready to leave the job and when i told my parents that i was ready to quit they yelled at me and told me to stay at the job because it will get me somewhere in the future. Ever since i got my promotion they do nothing but say i cant make a living at a job like that and i should search and try to find a better paying one.
they complain that i get every single thing i want but then again i have to buy my own clothes, lunch, Anything i need for school, shoes, personal items. They maybe buy me a soda every now and then (and they complain about having to buy that.)
Having this job for a year should mean i have plenty of money to get the hell out of this house. But i dont because i support myself.
I guess my question is how do i save money and still be able to get the stuff i need?
And any other good advice would be nice.

to save money is pretty easy but then again it can be hard ...my advice is open up a bank account that way every pay check you get goes in their so you wont be waisting it all the time.. it can be hard because of the spending ..it depends but if u open up an account you could save alot in their..
