I myself wanted to jump higher and now I am one of the best on my basketball team. The best thing to do to get higher jump is jump-roping. Jump-rope for about 15-30 minutes each day and you'll see the results yourself when you jump much higher. Also, if you want to become faster, do a mix of sprinting and jogging. Start off with sprinting and keep sprinting for 30 seconds to 1 minute then jog for 5 minutes.. Keep repeating this pattern for 30 minutes to 2 hours.. I play soccer, basketball, roller hockey, and tennis so I have experience in that type of training.. Try it out and see for yourself, I hope this helped ;)

Ok so i use to be plus size and i have lost weight over the years and now i have slimed down a lot over the years. When i was plus size i did eat a lot but i stayed full for a mad long time. It could be 2 possible things:
1) It's your metabolism... Drink green tea, that will help your metabolism and you won't be as hungry.
2) Many people eat every 15-20 mins. just because they don't know what else to do. Maybe you are just bored and don't know what to do, so you just decide to eat something.
My advice is that you should find things to do, either playing video games, going outside, playing a sport... anything that will keep you away from the fridge at home... If you have something else on your mind you won't think about eating... It worked for me. I hope this helped.

It depends on the guy, every guy has his own type. Some like it hairy, some like it shaved. I like it both on my girlfriend, sometimes hairy sometimes shaved, usually shaved though. first off, this may be long so i apologize but i hope people will help me outa bit.
we are both twenty years old.

YOU may be in love but trust me, hes NOT. If her really "loved" you then ask yourself this... Why is he with other girls? I know its hard to take it in but if he isnt ready for commitment, SO WHAT! Well first check all the things that are wrong. Are you also treating him badly and disrespectfully? Do you REALLY know why he broke up with you? Maybe there was a reason. If you've been dating 3 years then obviously you know he's a great guy or you wouldn't be with him for that long. If he treated you so bad, why stay with him for so long?
