Yes, this is true. Everybody has a different time on their orgasms. Some go faster, take longer. That's completely normal and it's not bad at all, it's actually healthy to orgasm. I hope this helped.

If so, then the answer is yes. Its called premature ejaculation and a lot of guys have it happen to them at some point in their lives. In most cases though its something that happens when inexperienced guys get overly aroused. In some rare cases there are guys that generally have a problem with this, and have to learn how to control their orgasm.
I wouldnt really worry about being made fun of, though I suppose that it might depend on the girl. Presumably she will understand that these things can happen and that its not the end of the world.
As for it being bad, the answer is again yes. Thats because if you finish too soon the woman wont really get much out of it.
However, dont worry about it. This is not something that all guys get. For most that do its a one off thing, and 20 minutes later they are ready to "fix" their mistake. There is no need to concern yourself with problems that you probably dont have.
