anyone know some good drills to help me jump higher. Any other tips on how to become faster and more accurate would help also.

I myself wanted to jump higher and now I am one of the best on my basketball team. The best thing to do to get higher jump is jump-roping. Jump-rope for about 15-30 minutes each day and you'll see the results yourself when you jump much higher. Also, if you want to become faster, do a mix of sprinting and jogging. Start off with sprinting and keep sprinting for 30 seconds to 1 minute then jog for 5 minutes.. Keep repeating this pattern for 30 minutes to 2 hours.. I play soccer, basketball, roller hockey, and tennis so I have experience in that type of training.. Try it out and see for yourself, I hope this helped ;)

Drills might not be the best thing to do, because what you really need is strength to jump high, not skill. Do calf raises like there's no tomorrow.
