I went to an audition yesturday and they said that i had potential. They want me join their academy for 9 months of acting then they say that ill be ready. I am so confused. After all this is my lifetime dream that no one knows...Do i do it? I mean i have no support, not my mom, nor my dad, but somehow i still believe and dream. I am sooo confused...wat do i do? (link)

That sound a little like me, except I never really had any awesome oprotunities like You did. Go for it! Its a once in a lifetime sort of thing! If its really your dream, go for it! My parents dont support me either. I LOVE to act and sing, but no matter what my parents say, even if I have to run away, im gonna make my dreams come true, wether they like it or not....
Be the star you want to be! Live your dream! If your parents dont support you, forget about them... it dosnt matter, all that matters is you and your dreams...
even runaway to a friend that you know will support you! You could ask a grandparent to drive you to auditions and stuff like that. Do whatever it takes to make your dreams come true.
and remember, dont stop beileving in yourself :D

You could put maybe a picture of a redcarpet, a limo, a camera, a camcorder, or anything that has to do with fame, filming, stars, celebrities, and stuff like that. :)

First off, I'm very sick. I've had stomach problems for 7 months. Today, I almost passed out many times. I went to the doctor and it turns out that my hemoglobin levels are down from 14 to 12.3. But my question.. When I got my finger pricked at the doctor, I bled everywhere and it was hard to stop it. Now, my finger is black where it was pricked and it hurts really bad. It's weird. Could it have something to do with my hemoglobin level being down, or should I be worried about that too? (link)

somehow chocolate makes you a little hyper, but at the same time, it calms you down. It always helps me when Im stressed, or when Im worried about something.

Try the lemon Sisters. Its about these three little girls that make a pact to stay together forever. They have a little tea party, and they tell eachother their deepest darkest secrets. Its really cute, and TOTALLY funny! It was hard for me to find the skit on the internet, since my sister did this skit in our Theatre class. But truse me, you'll like it. :)

ims so depressing for me to always see them together and all happy.. especially when we leave school and its always like "love you, bye" and then they kiss.
i mean, its incredibly awkward, and i dont know what to do because i feel so lonely.
i dont know what its like to be happy like that and i just wish i did.

I have only had one boyfriend, and he only asked me out because his FRIEND asked me out for him, when really he wanted to ask out my sister....
I have never been kissed before, and sometimes my sisters make fun of me for that. Like call me a prude (if you dont know what that is, its when you havnt done ANYTHING with a guy)

ok well my mom really appreciates some nice things and she really likes sandals so im going to get her a new pair, and she wants perfume rather than candle stuff like i like to buy her, but its her choice..anyway i dont know how to pull it off, she thinks she is taking me to a different store so i have to get her to the show store and she is going to the other store anyway so i this is what i need to know:
1. Which store should i go to first?
2. how am i going to get her to try on sandals without making it suspicious?
3. Should i just get her perfume and jewelry instead of sandals even though she needs sandals more than jewelry? (this is because she is going to try to take me to the jewelry store)

I had this friend named Kyle, and everytime we had to have a partner, he would always choose me, and I STUNK at World Geography! But he chose me anyway! And he would always smile at me, and we would exchange funny looks and all that...

Not just on the stage, but kinda offstage. I mean like.. I sing to myself, and I think it sounds pretty good, and once I did kareoke with my friends, and we were all singing pretty loud so I used my 'good singing voice' and one of my friends said that one of us was singing really good like a profesional or something. i mean, it was just an opinion, but still. but for some reason i dont use my good singing voice often.. i sing all scratchy and stuff when im around other people or singing by myself cuz i get embarassed or awkward. i mean.. when somebody sings like that all of a sudden, wont you be like 'O_o' and too much attention is flattering but a little.. like I'd rather not have it.. but have it to make me feel better at the same time? also with acting.. but in different ways. i usually do little crazy voices and skits with my friends and stuff when im just fooling around, but when i practice lines for like ever, on stage i become rushed and stuff. i used to be so shy about it on my firt drama audition that i refused to sing and forgot like all the lines and ran to the bathroom in tears. and then later they made me do it again and everyone auditioning didnt look at me and asked me to do it.. and i just couldnt.. then the next year i did better, but it was rushed, and i wasnt at my best. also, sometimes my singing voice is good and other times its crappy. tips on how to get it in the good mode for a while? like.. have honey or whatever? heh stuff like that. also thanks for helping me with the stuff i said =] (link)

Just do what I do... Picture the audiance in their underwhare.... seriously... It works... My Theatre Production teacher told me to do that, and I have been doing it ever since. I really works for me, and Im sure it'll work for you too.
Its really simple. If you picture them in their underware, you wont be as nervouse because in your mind, you'll be thinking the attention is all at THEM... I mean... They ARE in their UNDERWARE....

Stay with him. If you really like him, you should stay with him. You might have not felt anything when you kissed him, but you might have just been nervous.

but if the girl says "no" for some stupid reason, then your just going to have to move on.

i babysat my downstairs neighbor after school one day only for about an hour and i got $10 well two days ago i babysat from 10am-6pm ;; reminding you im a teen and the parents know i sleep in so it was hard to wake up.. when i babysat i only got $25 and i babysat her for an extra hour & i brought her to the store to buy a pumpkin to carve.. well today i babysat her from 10am-3pm and i still only got $25 again i walked to the store with her and bought $10 worth of crafts (after returning $20 worth of othershit that my mom made us bring back) i dont think i am getting paid enough should i tell the parents? or should i just not say anything and get paid shit.. the parents also know that i babysat my other neighbor and got paid $50 for 6pm to 12am (link)

Ok so this is really a question but also advice.
So there’s this boy in my Church group and I think he likes me but I’m not sure.
This one time (the first time I laid eyes on him) he kept smiling at me. And even when he knew I was looking he was still smiling for a few moments and I did too. But then looked away. Then later he asked if he could trade spots with the guy next to me so he could “talk to the other guy next to him” the guy said no though. But anyway, today I came in and I all the seats were rounded in a circle and so I walked in and there was a seat right infrount of me. It looked like all the other seats were taken. And it was right by him. I don’t know if he was saving a seat for me because his stuff was there and he moved them when he saw me come in. But I’m not sure. So then I sat down. And he actually started talking to me. and he asked me "Is that liipgloss?" he was mentining my keychain that had lipgloss on it. and I answered "Maaaabey" beacuse I thought yes sounded to cheesy and no sounded well rude and whatever. he smiled and said "can I use some? I need some" he said joking ly. He was smiling I could tell he was joking.so I'm like "yea...sure!" I said sarcasticly with a smile. at that moment I liked him. also his full attenetion was on me smiling. Then the teacher told me I got to go o the trip friady. "your going?" he asked. then said cool. he put his hand up for a high five So i highfived him. He asked me questions and asked if he could see my phone. Then I cought him once or twice lookling at me. And I’m not sure but I THINK I saw him put his foot near mine. But I was looking up, but I think I saw it at the end of my eye but I’m not sure. So mabee that doesn’t count.later when I was bored I forgot about the lipgloss convo and put some on. "So it is lipgloss!" he said jokeingly. I smiled. Ok, well I've already posted a question for help with my family, and recently some more has happened. My mom thinks i'm dating 2 guys at once, and she read my Diary again. This time, we were moving things from one house to another. So, she asked me to ride with her to unload the stuff. I of course said I would help, but once we got into the truck, she asked me if I was still with my Boyfriend. Whenever I replied that yes, Yes I was, she exploded and told me that I don't apreciate her, and that I have no remorse over the fact that she has cancer. I tried to tell her that they won't take her whole breast, and she told me I was too young to know anything. So, when she read my Diary, it basicly said that the moment I get a good job, and get into College, i'm getting a dorm, and i'm out of the house for good because my dad won't do anything about the way she talks, and treats me. She got defensive again, and asked me why I wanted to hurt her so bad. I said,"Mom, I never asked you to seek out my diary, and read it. It's your own fault for not liking what I have to say, but i'm not going to keep things from the one place I have that should be private." and she got mad at me, and punched me. I couldn't believe it! She's threatened to hit me before, and whenever I was about 4-5 she used to pull my hair and shove me whenever I made her angry, but I never in my wildest dreams that she would ever hit me! I threatened to call CPS, but I didn't because I don't want to leave. I have too much here, and if I call they'll take me away, not her. And she's told my whole family that i'm lying about her all the time. She told an older lady who I respect so much that i'm a horrible child, that i'm a dirty whore, and i'm selfish. The truth is, yes I am VERY selfish, and no i'm not the perfect child, but i'm NOT with 2 different people, i've NEVER been sexually active, and i've made it clear to every guy to ever put a move on me that I have a boyfriend, and I won't tolerate any unfaithfulness! But, whenever we got to this lady's house, the woman who I respect deeply, she basicaly told me that i'm blowing it way out of proportion, and that I probably deserved it...And she tells me that I provoked it by backtalking my mother...I've tried to look up teen privacy rights online, and child abuse to figure out if maybe i'm just having a hard time dealing with what's coming to me, or if this is truely something I should be worried about.
Also, my parents are getting a divorce, and my mom says it's because of me. It's my fault because I try to lock her out of my life, and the only person I talk to is my dad. She asks why I locked her out, but the truth isn't good enough for her. I lock her out because anytime I let her in more drama happens and we wind up hurting each other. Anytime I try to talk to her it's always,"Break up with Logan, he's a bad bad kid. He'll influence you wrong. It's his fault we're fighting, and his fault you locked me out."
Logan has his own set of issues right now. And like everyone else God made, he's not perfect. But I think he's turned out quite fine considering his past. To go into detail, his dad murdered his mom, and the people he's living with now beat him. o.O So I don't exactly blame him for not being a part of a Beaver Cleaver atmosphere. I've always been told that there is always someone for everyone. Well, if every girl would dump him because of his past, and his current issues, he wouldn't have someone for him. We've been together for over a year now, and he's never done anything wrong to me! He's never hurt me, anytime he upsets me he apologizes, and he truely wants the best for me...
Aye, well, this is long, but basicaly, I need to know if I need to change, or my mom does. We used to get along, but everytime we talk now she threatens me, cries, and tells me she hates me. Am I just an immature teen not realizing that my mom just wants the best for me, or is she immature and doesn't want me to be with Logan because she thought me and him were having sex? (link)

Theres nothing wrong with you. Its all you mom's fault! NO mother should EVER EVER EVER say that she hates her daughter/son. Its the worst thing you could ever hear from a parent. If she beats you, the right thing to do is call CPS... You need to get away from her... Get away from the abuse.... Do anything it takes to get away from her emotional, and phisical abuse.... She has no right to be reading your Diary. Your Diary is only to be seen by YOU.... A Diary is where you express your deepest thoughts, and your mom shouldnt be looking through it.... You dont desearve to be treated like this! Especially from your mom!
Im sure your a very good person, and you dont have to take this from her. I know you dont want to go away, but you need to get away from her. Its ruining your self esteem.
You shouldnt get use to this because your not supposed to be treated this way... If this goes on, your not going to be to happy.
What Im trying to say is, you should probably call CPS... Unless a friend is willing to take you into their home. Maybe your gradparents would let you stay with them... I have bean accepted to join the Royal Marines in July 2007 but i am not sure if i sould go, i fell in love with an amazing girl and i dont know if i can leave her. she always cries whenever i bring up the subject and she is begging me not to go. I have wanted to join for my entire life but now i am not so sure because i am scared she will not be there for me when i come back.

Um I'm super shy around everyone and everything. My face just automatically turns red and my voice gets shakey when I read outloud or even when attention focusses on me for one minute when I answer a question in class. And when I talk to anyone(girl or boy or even teacher) for more than 2 minutes my face gets red and my voice gets shakey. If I stay in front of the class for a long period then I feel like fainting (I was so close one time too..). This is like something serious it isn't like one of those things when people say your just shy because this is like EXTREME!

Do what I do.... Pretend its all a dream, and when your making a speech or something, pretend your recieving an oscar award or something... Be upbeat when you speek. Dont be afraid to let it out! Speak your thoughts. You can do it! Just speak whats in your mind... remember.... its aaaall a dreeeam....... Dont worry! You have no reason to be shy anyway. Your friends love you! No reason to be shy around THEM.... And if theres no reason to be shy around your friends, you know they'v got your back, so theres no reason to be shy around ANYONE... Your friends will be there for you, even when your face gets red...
