I asked my mom the other night if I could dye my hair black she had replied no and told me she didn't have to give me a reason as to why she said no.
Finally, she still said no but said she would change her mind if I could come up with 20 valid and good reasons as to why she should allow me.
I believe I have 8-10 at this moment.
My main reason is to express individuality because I'm outgoing and charismatic but she just doesn't seem to believe it.
What do I do?
I've been wanting to dye my hair black for at-least 3 years.
I've tried negotiating and I'll be 15 October 5th and it doesn't even seem like a possible present unless I have 20 reasons. (link)

i only have one good one that got my mom to let me dye my hair..
your a kid and its your hair, and if it doesnt come out how ever you planed, you learn from your mistakes.
also, why dont you just ask for tepm hair dye to see if she likes it [:

my friend & my other friend, are in a HUGE fight. The one girl.. lets call her Candy, ahha. well here, let me explain a little bit of her past before i continue...
She dated a guy, named steve. well, they broke up.. like last week. So, now steve, likes me & candys bff, Cassandra. & cassandra said i don't know. So, now candy is all mad at cassandra, because cassandra likes candy & was saying all this stuff like.."its not fair, i've never even had a boyfriend & you & stacy (me) have had like 10." so we were like, umm ok.
So then, is she technically saying that she only wants to date him for a boyfriend?
& thenn anyways, also cassandra talks behind candys back like a TON. i mean like all the time. so we told her so now she says she can't trust casssandra anymore.
& all this stuff.
i feel bad that they are not going to be friends anymore. because candy is usually a total pusshover & shes pretty serious about this.. soo, is there anything i can say or do?
&.. about cassandra wanting to date steve.. well, i was thinking, "all is fair in love & war." even though were only in 8th grade, does that nesscarily still like count? because like candy & cassandra aren't very like... mature, mature. i'm like smarter then them when it comes to these things.. but i don't know exactly what to say for this one.

aww 8th grade drama, been there done that. when i was in 8th something like that happend to me, i choose to date the guy tho... I screwed up, we date'd a few weeks, then i lost intrest, and me and my [[old]] friend, still arnt on good terms.
Also, your giong to be in high school soon enough, then new and IMPROVED people, i would say tell Cassandra, and remind yourself that friends are forever, Boys are for fun. [:

okay well i weigh about 150 pounds.
and i rly want to lose weight.
do you think if iran about a mile
everyday i would lose about 50 pounds by nxt year doing some other things too.
and would i lose it all over like my arms, legs, stomach and such and if not what are some ways i could tone them especially my arms like theyre flabby. please help i want to be skinny.

Hey. aww i really dont think you ned to loose 50 pounds, i promise you that, you will be half of a toothpick [: and also running is very affective, also crunches and maybe do some yoga would deffly tone your body up PERFECTLY. aw good luck, remember to eat better. and maybe aim for 15 pounds, and then as you reach your goal make it more, just i would suggest 25 at the most. you will look great (:

dont say:
-cellphones or sidekicks or w.e...i got that stuff
-ipods, i have a nano
-digital camera, i got a real nice one last yr
-tvs or laptops or whatever (cause im gettin a pink laptop next semester)
-cash
-giftcards
-any sort of pet
-any video game system or w.e
-and dont say stuff like clothes, purses, shoes, accecories......

my hair is really long like down to my waist. its wavy and sometimes curly. some days its fine. but other i get attcked by the frizz monster. do u no any SHAMPOOS that stop frizz. im burnett by the way. and my hair is 100 % natural. thnxx (link)

Hi,
I recently bought some clothes from the Hollister at my mall. I am a 17 year old boy and think the clothes are nice.
When I got home and showed my 13 year old brother the clothes I got (a polo and a sweatshirt) he started screaming at me and said that only posers and gays were Hollister.
I know quite a few people don't like Hollister and quite a few people do.
I am wondering what people think of boys who wear Hollister? (link)

deffinately not, i dont know you and just for that i have alot of respect for you. Looks arnt everything, and if this guy is caring/great personality hes one in a billion.. dont think the negitive on people, it could bite you in the butt, just think of his AMAZING qualities and you will deffinately make the right decision.
just think would you rather have a hottie, that is mean, and treats you wrong. or Normal, that is sweet, and knows just how to treat a girl

Just talk to him about it, its your life, and you deserve the respect to have your own myspace without him being all harsh about it... just tell him its for friends, and nothing more. just reasure him that he is YOUR boyfriend, and the people you talk to are JUST friends.

I am really good at Cooking, but when it comes down to Backing... its not my talent. Everything goes bad. I do everything like the recipe calls for, but each and every time, it doesnt come out. the only thing that I can make is Cookies. But, here's the problem; my sister just turned 12, and on Sunday we are celabrating with everyone, and guess what... I'm the one in charge of the Cake. Home-made, I cant go out and buy one i have to Back it. I dont know what to do, it cant come out bad. Please help!

well school is comming around soon and ive been wanting to look more mature because i finally got my hair cut and i can wear it down and i look more mature but id like to wear makeup like a teen and not a 5 year old haha. well i have brown eyes and brown hair and beige/olive skin (my background is mexican/spainish)..any advice on colors or how to apply some things?? im pretty good with most i just am kinda bad with doing eyeliner on my top eye-lid and i dont know what colors would be good for mee. thanks! You would look very pretty with dark greens for eye shadow. Wear a little bronzer [it makes everyone always alittle better looking] and for appling eye liner on the top lids, you should want it to look pretty, so on your top eye lashes, pull them up a little bit and with pencil eye liner evenly slide it acrost the little piece of skin. if you dont know what i mean, its in the same spot as you would put eye liner on the bottom, just up top.
