I read that if you eat breakfast everyday you will lose weight, is this true? If so, then how can I start eating breakfast without gaining weight because I have not been eating breakfast for a few years? This is so confusing! Please explain and help. Thank you so much. (link)

hey well heres the thing. eating breakfast is the most important meal of the day cuz it gives you energy. it also helps you fill up faster so you wont be munching around during the day. anything for breakfast is good but not sugary stuff or junk food

I am Catholic..but I very interested in finding out about different religions..is that weird? hah
My question is: How many sects (right word?) does the Protestant church branch out to? (ex: Baptist, Methodist, Lutherans, etc..) How are their beliefs different from the other Protestant sects..(ex: How are Baptists different from Presbyterians?..etc) How are they all different from the Catholic Church?

no its not at all weird! its actrulyl really good. helps strenghten your religion or even convert to one that makes more since. i am a christan and i have done lots of research.... im pretty sure im a christian and a stronger one ever since! i admire your cirosidy.. its really gonna help you in the future! i incourage you to look into things because you never no where god is gonna take you with it! be sure to get the right information. hope i helped!

Why does everyone think you HAVE to believe in something? Do you feel it's wrong to not put faith in a religion? I'm not religious in the tiniest bit. I know some people think that you never know what you're missing out on until you try it. However, I've never even cared or have been concerned with trying to find religion in my life. okay well why else would this world be here. i am a christian and i have developed a love for god... i no you may not be into this religious stuff but remember this life is only temperary. we use god to help us through our problems and get us through life. converting people is what we are made for. before you make a final desision of being an athiest i would recommend you looking through religions like reading the bible. if you have any further questions please ask.

Well, I kinda have a probably sometimes at night. I think about death. I wonder, what will it be like when I die? What will it be like if my family dies? Why do people have to die? Can't we just live our life? When I die, I will die. I give deep thought into being gone.
Sometimes, to cheer myself up, I say to myself that there will be another life after death, another life in heaven where it's the dream I always wanted! Then, I just cry myself to sleep.
I hope you can help with my problem. Please don't tell me to go to a therapest. I really don't want to.

hello. im a muslim and ever since 9/11 i know there has been a lot of sterotypes on muslims. Very bad ones. i had a lot of racism especially during that year at which i was 10 years old. people would stare at me and my sisters and be like go back to your country. now i want to know what are peoples views on islam and muslims?

I am a Christian and I believe in God... I love God. It's just that more and more I feel I'm drifting away from my Lord. Sometimes I'll pray and promise God I will pray more and talk to him more, but I either forget to and rarely but sometimes I will say in my head, "I need to pray," but then I don't(purposely).
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get closer to God, or ways to strengthen my relationship with the Lord? I don't want to be this way... but when it comes to praying...I just don't. Any ideas? Express your feelings! Thank you so much! (link)

I know how you are feeling. but just talk to god like hes your best friend and not something you are forced to do. form a love for god so you will be moer the happy to talk to him. and also id say follow him so you can see what he is doing in your life. going to church. reading the bible. and just pray for god to put the right people in your life as you grow into his words! and you will develope a more understanding and greater love for him! hope this helped! ill be praying for you!

i dont think you should base your desicion of god on other peoples understanding. reading the bible will give you even more knowledge. but for my opinion... i think that god has planned us a good life. i think if we choose to follow him he will have a good christian life for us. and just cuz bad things happen doesnt mean hes not really there. its just that he could be testing us. and also there is alot of sin in this world. no one understands gods plan but god. but i think in the end everyone ends up where they are suppose to be! like in heaven and stuff! well hope that made since!

Get connected with a good youth group. they can really lead you through a christian life and realize things youve never have before. remember fellowship is important. and just talk to god like hes your best friend. cry to him and say god i really need you this time. he is a very understandible god and you probably have this relationship with him you just havent opened your eyes. and maybe another reason is, is taht you arent following his laws or loving other people. idk. but it does say you can not have a relation ship with god if you do not love his people! and a lil hint the bibles a good place to start but loving his words. and once you start a love for him your relationship will get stronger.
a "better" christian follows his laws and loves his people not just prays to him! hope this can help! ill be praying for you!

its called depresion. and your not the only one going through it. i am too. and sometimes i dont even want to wake up in the morning so i no where you are coming from. you just have to have hope that the good things are comming along. before dawn comes thers always darkness. and it helps to pray about it. if you need to talk to someone you can im me at hallieLUVSu 64... i hope i can help!!

im not sure what catagory to ut this in but here we go, ok im usually always wearin a jacket because i sweat sometimes and i dont know why and i dont want people to see them especially boys armpit stains arent attractive and i have tryed a lot of deoderants like dove, teen spirit, a lot of em can anyone give me any advice on this horror thanks so much (link)

listen gurl no deoderent works for us! but..i heard of something called ooh idont no like some dri and its 10$ at a drug store...im like dying to get it!

alright this is totaly getting to me and idk what to do ....... last night i called my guy and he was like well i cant talk now can i call you back ... and then last night he called and we were talking and he never really said anyhing .... well then this moreing i called my friend and she was like yeah last night i talked to you boyfreind and his freind and i was like wait what time and then she said and it happend to be after i called him and b/4 he called me and he knows how much ( oh yeah they talked on the phone) much i dont like him tlaking to her and then this moring after i found out that they were talking he wa slike oh he was like i didnt know you wanted to know and i dont think he was ever gunna tell me and now he is trying to figure out wiht is rong with me and he isjust SO STUPID... idont what to do im so tired of crying please help and dont say break up wiht him ... I know that this doesnt go under the category of sex but anyways, I just measured and found that my rib size is 33 inches, I looked in my puberty book and it only goes to 30-31 inches(it says that 30-31 inches is 36), so what would 33 inches be. If it helps, I am a AA cup (link)

but i didnt figure it out with this waste methode. i told my mom about it and she helped me. if your really scared (ino how you feel) then just get 36 and go to the smallest hook (your figure it out on your bra hook..i where 2 sizes 36 and 34 so get one of those or both...hope i could help!!

i was good friends with these 2 girls and they have been friends too. we would always hang out together..all friends, all happy. but lately they leave me out. like, they'll have each other over and put away messages up on AIM saying it. we were all supposed to see a movie together, then they went w/o me. its alomost like they do it on purpose. most people are saying i just need to drop them and get new friends, but when they do include me we have a lot of fun. i just get so confussed and mixed signals. please help (im 14, by the way) (link)

Hey, i know exacly how you feel. it happens to me alot. but just so you no you shouldnt get confused because you didnt do anything..thats there problem. and if they ever do that again just say hey do yall have a problem with me or something. if they dont answer or do something mean just tell them look im sick and tierd of it and if you want to be my friend please act like one.
