okay well i have this 'friend' who was always nice to me to my face but always said stuff about me behind my back . we got into a fight that lasted about 2 months then she said she wants to be friends agian . my mom told me not to be friends with her becaause of waht she does because shes a back stabber! anways.. im sick of her doing that because she is only mean to me when shes with her friend and she will start fights with me . today [ like 10 minutes ago ] i gave her a piece of my mind and told her that she hurt me and what she does . ik what i did was right. idk what im relaly asking just i needed to tell that to someone . sorry♥ (link)

Honestly, yeah you shouldn't be her friend anymore. Don't tell her your business and don't talk to her about stuff or gossip to her or anything like that. To be honest, only keep her around if she can do stuff for you lol. Some people are your friends and you treat them as friends, and some people you can use to your advantage to get ahead, hustle 'em
At Least you stuck up for yourself. You should do that anyways whenever sometimes trying to get one over on you

Last night was my 8th grade graduation, and today was my last day of school. The past three years that I have been in middle school have completely changed the way I think, act, and obviously look. Everything changed for me in middle school. Everything HAPPENED. Especially last year, in 7th grade. I have so many memories that I had to leave behind today, that I don't want to forget. And even though some of them I don't really enjoy thinking about, they're still there and I can't help but remember them. I don't know why, but I really don't want to leave. High school seems like such a big transition. I know most people would be like, YESSSS!!! HIGH SCHOOL!!!. But to tell you the truth, I don't want to leave middle school. I don't know exactly why. I think it's mostly the boy I likes fault, partially. Not his fault, but I really feel like I LOVE him, and I'm sure most of you know how hard it is to get over someone.. Well I feel like I'm leaving it, but I don't want to. Like the boy I like, I want to get over him.. but I can't let go. I don't know. I'm all messed up right now. Sorry if this is confusing. Pfft, I don't even know why I'm writing this, it's not really a question. Let me give you some background about this boy I may LOVE. To keep it short but to the point.. 6th grade I barely noticed him. The summer before 7th, however, he IMed me one day. He ended up telling me how he "used" to like me and stuff. Well we continued to talk throughout the summer, and then I found out that he liked me still. At that point, I started to like him too. 7th grade started, and I'm not sure if this is true, but I'm pretty sure he still liked me, and I liked him back. We didn't go out or anything though. Then in around November I think it was, he asked me out.. online and through my friend though. Unfortunately, me, being the shy weirdo I am, said NO. Biggest mistake ever. After that we talked online still.. But now it seems as if he slowly thought I stopped liking him, which is kinda odd since I continued talking to him online and if I didn't like him then I probably wouldn't have. Anyway.. the summer before 8th grade, we still talked, but he ignored me, hardly said anything, and just acted like he didn't care. Around September or the beginning of October of 8th grade, I just gave up. I haven't talked to him since. And it's the same in school.. we NEVER talk. And like we got yearbooks, and I wanted him to sign mine sooo bad.. but that never happened. I always have these chances but give them up, and never get second chances. And sometimes I think that maybe he likes me. I'll see him looking at me or something. This sounds really weird, but I kinda got these like vibes that he wanted to sign my yearbook. But then like I'll see him around all these other girls (he's like popular.. and I'm one of those shy girls with 2 inseperable best friends + some others lol) I really don't know anymore. Anyway, to sum that up.. I'm just soo scared that I'm NEVER gonna talk to him again.. It just feels really awkward to start talking to him again. Like in highschool, I don't want him to completely forget about me. We have such a complex background, so we could make it right? We could end up being together, can't we? Ughh. I don't know. I'm soo sorry this is extremely long lol. I kinda went from one topic to another. So what do you think I should do? I don't want this to end this way.. and I certainly don't want to be forgotten in high school by the only person I really want.. I felt the same way about Highschool, but it's actually pretty similar to Middle School. You'll keep some of the same friends, lose a few, and make new ones. You'll still have certain spots in the hallways that you meet your friends at, you'll sit together at lunch and make weekend plans. All that will be the same. Don't be "Scared/Nervous/Worried" because what good will that do??? You HAVE to go to HS, so why not make the best of it? Right?!
I think you should keep in contact with the guy over summer. Talk to him over IM and try to get closer with him. If you have his number, don't be afraid to call him. He won't mind, trust me. Find out what he's doing on a certain day/night, get really really cute, and go. Talk to him. If you don't want him to forget you, then don't LET him...

I'm a tennis player and I always wear soffee (sp?) shorts to play tennis in, run in, or lift weights in. Wearing a thong to workout is so unconfortable, so i was wondering what underwear someone would recomend? I have a couple pair of these jockey underwear that i've had forever, they're like those boyshort undies. I hate wearing bikini ones because you can see them in the shorts! i want to try out for cheerleeding next year. i have never really done any cheers or twirls or jumps or whatever. but i really want to make it next since all my friends are. does anyone know if there is like dvds books anything that can teach me anything at all. what are the warm-ups you do? do you have to run (i don't think so but maybe). what gear do i have to buy? like any info you can give me i will rate...

I'm a cheerleader and it's a LOT of hard work. If you're new at fitness, then you probably need motivation to start working out NOW. Just think about how much you want to make cheerleading next year and start getting in shape now.
Yes, you do need to run, and you'll do a lot of that at practice.
Do cardio and aerobics at least 3 times a week.
Get some dance videos to learn different dances. Like hip-hop, and I know there are some cheerleading videos out there too but I've never gotten any.
If you can, start taking gymnastics and tumbling classes.
Stretch every night and every morning.
Practice shouting. You need to be loud without screaming.
Learn your basic moves (High V, Low V, Tabletops, etc.)
Learn and practice your jumps (Toe touch, Hurkey, Hurdler, Spread eagle)
If you make the team, you'll have to buy your lollies, shoes, socks, and practice uniforms.

Running really helps your entire body.
For arms, I do girlie push-ups, where you're on your hands and knees with your ankles crossed.
For abs, crunches.
About 3 sets of 25 reps for each. At least 3 days a week, no more than 6.
Wait until you feel it working before you start counting your reps..

To be honest, (from personal experience) I'd say the average age is around 12-13 for someone to start to have a boyfriend and experiment. That's the kiddie stage though, SERIOUS relationships don't usually start until Highschool.....

My boyfriend and i have been dating for 5 wonderful months. he is the best, and i cant even describe him. though the other day, he talked to me about engagement, which i am quite excited for. though me and him would have to keep it on the downlow for i am going to be 16 and he will be 18. he isnt going to ask for awhile yet(falltime or beyond that time, hes thinking), he just brought it up because he wanted to see how i felt about it. i actually feel wonderful about it and i feel very ready. i love this man with all my heart and have never felt this way about someone before. i dont have much of a family, but him and his family makes up for it. im not reallt needing advice, cause i know id say yes in a heartbeat, but am i crazy for being excited at 16 y/o and i know it will be easy to hide from my parents because i hide everything from them, but is this a ridculous decision?!? thanks alot (link)

You never know, he coulda seen your bf w/ another girl at tha mall or something.. and didnt want to hurt you by telling you. You never know whats going on. Well lately ive had low self asteem in myself. i feel like i have no chance with every guy i like. im starting too be uncomfy with things i was comfortable like being tall as i am [5 11]. First of all, you shouldn't be self-concious about your height (I WISH I was that tall). I mean, look at supermodels. Tyra Banks, Naomi Campbell, Giselle (not even cute).. they're all tall or even taller than you and guys love them. Being tall = more woman! But you said that last yr. you wore lower cut shirts, flirted more and was outgoing and guys liked you.. but thats what guys like. You dont have to be perfect but showing a little cleavage and being outspoken gives off a confident vibe even if youre just faking it. It doesnt make you slutty, just dont over-do it. There's a fine line between sexy (ex. Alicia Keys) and slutty (ex. Mya).. lol

Ok, well my eyes are very large and curvy;they can look really pretty. They're like bright green (almost as the girls in india, but they're bigger). So, I can either use my eyes to my advantage or diadvantage. The thing is, I have really large eye lids to go with my eyes; more so than other girls. I don't know one person who has eyes similar to me. My eyes can be very pretty but I don't know how I can make them pretty. What are some good eye make-up tips out there? Well, first you should make sure your eyebrows are nice and shaped at all times..
K first LIGHTLY powder your eyelashes and then apply one coat of mascara (lengthening, thickening, whatever you need), just one coat.. dont keep going over it over and over. And then curl your lashes at the base, middle and tip. Before curling your lashes you can heat the eyelash curler w/ a blowdryer for a few seconds. Apply another coat of mascara. To apply mascara just hold the wand horizontally at the base of your lashes and kinda "swoosh" (for lack of a better word) it back and forth on the base, and then twirl it to the tip..
Brown, Gold, Green (any color but lime), Purple, plum colors all look good w/ green eyes..
