For arms, I do girlie push-ups, where you're on your hands and knees with your ankles crossed.
For abs, crunches.
About 3 sets of 25 reps for each. At least 3 days a week, no more than 6.
Wait until you feel it working before you start counting your reps..

Make sure you do them nice and slow, and flex your abs (while relaxing the rest of the body) to get the most efficient workout. [ schlichtinator's advice column | Ask schlichtinator A Question ]

You should see some results, meaning:you will get stronger. Then for your lower stomach: situps. Same as your arms. Do about 10 a day for about a week. But when you do them put your arms behind your head and go ALL the way up. To do push-ups right, keep your body straight as you doo them, go as far so that your nose barely touches the ground.
