i have a bikini, tankini, and whatever it is when you have the triangle top and bathing suit shorts thing

anyway, i have a lil belly flab and leg stuff, so is there any workouts that will help quick?

i live in cali! =] i luv it here! anewaiz, side crunches help, but only if you do a lot of them. also to get rid of fat on the side of your legs, stand and hold onto a chair for blance. Then lift your left leg straight to the left of you- keep your leg straight. try to raise it as high as you can, I usually do a 90 degree angle. Then after you do a set of that, go onto the next leg.

Ex's and Oh's,
brittany
