Hey! I do compete. I go to Covington which is right across the river from Cincinati. Where I go is a camp and competition so during the day we take classes and in the evening we have competition. One night we watch the faculty show which is where all the teachers have a show.

Am i considered fat if i am 5 foot 4 and i weigh 195 lbs? i know i dont look it and i do have a lot of muscle in ym arms and legs from playing sports. Am i considered over wieght or not? (link)

no your not. just remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so most of it is muscle.

you need to eat more than once a day b/c you can get sick if you don't eat enough. You can also get dizzy. It happened to my mom before.

eat popsicles, a lot of them! Don't eat anymore ice cream b/c that makes you swallow more and it hurts your throat. You can also eat sherbert!

They don't hurt accept after they tighten them. The day you go take ibeprofen about an hour before you go so they won't hurt after!

Ok, I think i have an eating problem but i`m not sure. I have a tremendouse fear of gaining weight and i honestly can`t help it. I`m starting modeling soon and so I feel like I HAVE to look thin. I`m not eating period and my friend`s are starting to notice so when they make me eat I throw it up. My boyfriend says he`ll quit doing drug`s if i start eating again wich mean`s the world to me but everytime i start eating again I start crying in fear of gaining weight and throw it up then feel terrible. I don`t think i have an "eating disorder" but it`s kind of hard to tell when all of your friend`s are "concerened" that your loosing weight and your starting to look "sick". They say i`m starting to look to skinny, I have bag`s under my eye`s, and i`m getting pale. I can`t eat properly it`s just to hard. I`ve been extreamly depressed latley. Do I have an eating disorer? Someone help me please !!

Ok! you shouldn't have an eating disorder. If you think your fat (which your probably not) then just eat healthy foods lik,e fruits and veggies, eat ham and turkey w/o bread, eat wheat instead of white bread, eat pretzels instead of chips, just do little changes like that. Just look at the labels and see how much fat carbs are in stuff you eat. Just don' think your fat!

Hey! I think that is great. You must be skinny! You are definetly NOT over weight. And besides your only 13 and your still growing so you shouldn't worry about that kinda stuff. Just don't start eating junkie stuff or anything just eat healthy and you won't have any problems with your weight! Just remember, your only 13.

You can wash cars, have a dog business, water the plants, bake sale, lemonade sale, garage/yard sale, clean the house, do dishes, or take out the trash. Hope I gave you some good ideas.

Ok I created an account on here a couple days ago, I loved giving people advice and was so happy! Well when I told my mom what I was doing she kept getting on my case and wanted to know EVERYTHING that I was doing and saying to people. Well then she told my sister and my sister got my mom on her side and they are saying that I shouldn't give people advice b/c it may backfire! Well I mean should I still visit this site and give people advice even if my mom and sister say not too?
P.S.-If it does backfire it wouldn't really be my fault would it? The person didn't have to take the advice, I was just giving them ideas and voicing my opinion right? (link)

You should still get on it and give people advice b/c it's your choice not your sisters or your moms. You should tell them that it's none of there business b/c it's my advice and not yours. Tell them that your not doing anything bad b/c all your doing is giving advice and whoever you give it to doesn't have to take it b/c it is just a suggestion from you and other people give them advice on the same questions so it doesn;t mean that they are always goin to take your advice and just use your. I mean, they may use a lil bit of everyone's advice. And your right, cause if it does backfire then it wouldn't really ber your fault b/c they didn't have to use just your advice b/c they could use anyone's opinion. Well< I hope I helped you! alright, you might all think i'm crazy but don't judge me CAUSE YOU DONT KNOW ME! anyway..sorry but umm i'm 8 months pregnant and no one knows, not my parents, not my friends- no one...i've been able to hide it pretty well with baggy clothes and the fact that i'm a little big as it is naturally..since it's getting pretty close to my due date- and i havent seen a doctor once, yet...does anyone have ANY advice..please i'm in desperate need...and i'm really scared...i don't live at home beacuse my dad used to beat me and my mom was having an affair..so i moved out and i live with a friend..im 15 but my friend is 19..and he's not really good with this stuff..please help me ! Hey! You should try talking to him and ask him why he wants to kill himself. Ask him if its about stress or somethin or if something is bothering him. You could tell him that killing himself isn't the right way to live. God made his life special and he died on the cross for us. Tell him he would be leaving his life, girlfriend, parents and friends behind. Tell him your there for him.

Hey! Two of my friends do this all the time but they don't cuss at each other. Maybe you should try calling her and ask her if you did anything to make her mador upset in any way. And if she said you did then you can ask her if you could do anything make it up to you or to help you in anyway?. But if she said it wasn't you she was just mad at someone else and she exploded it all out on you then you can ask her if there is any way that you can help make things better!
