Well your 13.... well i hope you have your mom helping you... Umm.. a C-Section is less painful because they give you a spinal tap and your spine and stomach are numb so you can't feel it but all they do is cut your stomach open (down by your vigina) and pull the twins out. But you might be able to have a regular delivery, because it doesn't matter how tiny you are it is if you dialate right or not. Dialating is when your vigina expanes so the babies can fit through.
