Well models look perfect too. Whoever directs and produces pornos are not going to sell their product as much if the guys penis is too thin, or too small. In their eyes bigger is better and that is not always the case. If you think it is a big problem you may consider surgery. But look into all the risks and side effects before doing anything. You penis is very sensitive and important, and even though doctors are professionals you wouldnt want anything bad to happen. First of all, i know your a guy and loosing your virginity probably has less meaning than it does to a women but don't just have sex with anyone make sure it is someone you trust and know. I'm sorry, but if you body is asking for sex, you can't really turn away from it unless you do things that would be a turn off. Maybe the sex you have had in the past just didn't satisfy you and your body wants more pleasure. Hi, it is best that you tell your doctor about what happened to you when you were 16. About having sex, have you tried different positions, or other things like foreplay. For some reason for like 6 months I would get this really strong pain around where my ovaries are everytime I had sex. this happened mostly during doggy style. I found that I got very tenses becasue I thought it would always hurt. If you can feel more relaxed and maybe even take it very slow for a while you can enjoy it. I don't know what it is like to have POF but I hope I helped. Have you asked your doctor if there is any type of position that will make it more comfortable for you. Because it was your first time you probably were nervous or a little uncomfortable making your body tense.
