Well, I used to have a friend like that. All that you can do is just find a way to get her mad at you. She'll expect you to apologize, but don't. Just tell her that it's her loss. Another thing that you can do is just start acting like she's really annoying and stop talking to her unless she says something to you. Try to do a bunch of things without her. She might either give up on being your friend or she'll get mad at you. And once again, you can tell her that it's her loss and don't apologize.

Ok so theres this kid and i kind of know him from last year so I decided to say hi to him on the first day of school. and now he follows me and my friend around EVERYWHERE. I dont want to be mean but hes really annoying and kind of weird, but he sits with us everyday at lunch because he doesnt have very many friends. At lunch you could try saying, "Hey. Um, I just want to sit with them today, okay? Sorry! I'll talk to you later." But he might freak out about that, so I'm not sure if that's a good idea.
You can try and introduce him to some other people at your school and maybe he'll become friends with them and stop following you.
Get your friends to ask him why he's always following you and he'll probably stop soon.

There's this girl I'm friends with and I don't really want to be friends with her anymore. She's like way too clingy. Yeah, anyways, do you have any classes together? If you don't then, that's awesome for you. Well, maybe she'll make new friends and back off from you during that class. Of course, there's those people who over half of the school hates and my friend just has to be one of them, so sadly she doesn't make friends. Hopefully, your's isn't like that.
Try hanging out with other people and use that as in an excuse to not hang out with her. But, if she's planning for weeks and weeks about doing something with you, I'm sorry but you'll probably have to do it. Yeah, I know, it sucks doesn't it? Me and my best guy friend talk all the time on AIM. Mainly every night before school. But I have 2 classes with him, and he RARELY talks to me in class. Is there a reason for this? It kind of makes me upset.

My best guy friend has been doing that to me since school started. It seems like he talks to everyone in class but me. Ask him on IM why you guys don't talk much anymore. My friend threw a party at her house in early may which i didn't attend because I was sick. Anyway, from what I heard, it was stupid/boring/not much/etc. She's throwing one Aug. 12 & she's asking for my help so I started by setting up a guestlist. What can I do to make this a really awesome house party? I really want her to be able to say that she had a great time at her party. So my questions are:
*Would it be better to have a theme? like dance party and decorate her garage with crazy lights & music or just a chill party... eat food, do some stuff?
*Should we send out invitations or is that too 3rd grade-ish? (I would probably design these)
*What kind of food/drinks should she plan on getting?
*What are some fun things to suggest playing/doing? I don't want to have to make people do anything like a little kid party but maybe some organization would be good.

we'd probably have it in her 2 car garage. it'd be about 25 people there total. We don't have a ton of money to put into this... I do have a lot of hose lights and things like that. We're all 15/16.

This is what I would do.
For the theme question, no. Don't have a theme. Personally, I despise themes. They annoy me because everything has to match and all that crap, so it makes everything so complicated.
Set up a table in her garage with music and food along with some lights and music and let everyone talk for about twenty minutes after everyone gets there and while your waiting for the people to arrive.
As for the invitations, well, some of your friends might be stuck up and think invitations are "gay" even though it's pretty much impossible for a piece of paper to be gay. Whatever. Anyways, I would get everyone's phone numbers of who you are inviting and call them and give them the details and see if they can come or not.
The food.
Get a bowl of chips like the original, barbecue, sour cream and onion, and any other kind you want. Also, get a plate of celery and carrots with ranch and blue cheese dressing. Then get a bowl of candy. Put snickers, milky ways, hershy kisses, and things like that in it. All of the stuff I just listed..put that all on the table in the garage. And for dinner (if they are staying that late), I would just order two large cheese pizzas and two large pepperoni pizzas.
The drinks.
Get coke, water, sweet tea, root beer, and sprite.
Now, the games.
You can play truth or dare.
You can prank call people.
Just sit around and talk.
You can play spin the bottle.
You could set up a big tv somewhere and rent a movie that everyone agrees on and watch it.
You can go swimming.
Then, 10 or 15 minutes before the time people are suppossed to be leaving, start heading back to the garage and talk for a little while and get something to eat till everyone goes home.

You could have a sleepover with all of your old friends.
Apologize to each of them and see what they have to say to you.
If they all accept your apology, then invite your new friends over too.
Once they get there, try and get them to spend a lot of time with your old friends.
BUT, make sure NOT to forget about your old friends once your new friends get there!
Hopefully, they can all start being friends and they will stop getting mad at you all the time.

Yes, you have a very good reason to be upset.
She has no right at all to cuss you out when you tell her how you feel.
If I were you, I wouldn't be her friend anymore.
You should not just ignore it and move on like everyone said. All doing that would prove is that she can just keep doing this same thing to you over and over again.
Try discussing everything with her one more time and if she cusses you out again just say, "Look, if you want to act this way, then fine, but we can't be friends anymore."
