Hey guys im Michelle!! Some people think im annoying, some people think im crazy.. but who knows im just ME!! I bite my nails, i know its a habbit i have to stop. I love getting my nails done, its my obsession. My goal in life is to become famous, but who doesnt wanna be? Im mean to people if they're mean to me first, otherwise whats the reason to be mean to someone? I dont understand life.. although it can be fun sometimes. I love the color pink, and when i say that people automatically think im a girly girl. I love to dance and sing, although i dont see myself doing it when i get older..

what are some good excuses to get out of going to school???? i rate really high!!!! if your answers are good!!

My sister always get sick before her periods and i just lie and say i think im catching a cold and getting my period soon. If that doesnt work the just pretend you are sick and cant function or are having cramps or you are to soar to walk.

My brother is ten and does not have enough self confidence. He is shy around everybody expecially at school. In class he totally blanks out if a teacher asks him something. The worst thing about this is that his french teacher hates him. He comes home everyday saying that he has no friends yet everyday he is seen talking to someone comming out of the school building. My parents sent him to a psycologist and he (psycologist) made him answer questions for around three hours. The psycologist is not helping what so ever and I am the only one that actually understands my brother. What do I do?

Maybe since you understand him you can help him. Invite friends over and make him talk to them and stuff. Talk to him one on one and ask him what he thinks is wrong with him. If there is somthing he wants to say to the teacher PUSH his to tell the teacher MAKE him tell the teacher or whoever else he has to tell the thing to. Make him say speeches or stories in front of family, friends, ect. Tell him tricks such as when you are on the stage saying a speech pretend everyone is in their underware. My friend had the same problem but we all cared about her dearly and made her talk her mind and now she is a confident girl ready for the world ahead of her.

My friend and I think these 2 teachers in my school are going out. I really think they are going out. They show all the signs but I dont really know? There is the same thing at my school too.. Lol well, we ended up finding out that they were going out because they were always flirty called eachother in between class, made fun of eachother, talked about eachother none stop. You get the idea?

Sorry so long!
At my school, every year and the end of the school year, every class starts studying Family Life. It's basically about getting to know yourself, your family, your friends, etc. There's also a section about sex (but we never get to it.)Ever year we always learn about the same things (as stated above.) We study Family Life at the end of the day (like at 2:15) during our regular free period to do our homework. You can choose whether or not you want to take Family Life, and I'm not sure what to do. So my question is: Should I take Family Life or not take it and go to another classroom and do my homework?

The first Family Life class was today and my friend said that she was able to do her homework during the class, because the teacher didin't really do much.

*It won't affect my grade if I don't take Family Life. I'd just have to do alternate assignments.

(I'm a 13/girl in 8th grade)

Hey if i were you i wouldnt take it. Its a time waster. Just have a free period and finish your homework or at least some of it. There is always next year where you can take family life.

Hi everyone,
My school doesn't do work experience until 6th form. However, I want to do a child care course, and they don't do the relevant course at my school's 6th form. I am going to go to another 6th form and take it there but the only problem is that you need work experience to get onto the course!! I've considered working voluntarily in a nursery during my summer holidays, but do you think that could count as work experience? Like, would anyone even want to employ me if it isn't for official work experience, and would they be willing to write me a work experience-type report?

Ya!! Just ask!! It wont hurt. Maybe you can ask around to help with kids, like babysitting ect. Im sure someone will emply you and write a work experiance essay for you!

Lately, I've been having a lot of "what if I can't do it?" moments.
I recently got the lead in our school musical, and it was my first time auditioning for this school's performance (I transferred in as a sophomore, and I'm a senior.)
I feel like I'm letting everyone down because I'm having trouble getting the dances. I'm a singer - like, majorly. I sing opera, that's what I'm going into - and I can act rather well, I think. But I don't dance. I can jazz dance and ballet, but not musical theater. It's just not working, lol.
I also have a lot going on. I have a couple scholarship auditions coming up, another performance, and that, and I'm in the middle of two competitions, all vocal. I always worry that I'm letting the cast down because I don't think I'm that good. I can't get rid of any of my obligations. As it is, I never see my boyfriend. I have a date tonight at like 9, after work, and this is the first time I've seen him out of school in the past 3 weeks or so. Any ideas as to how to fix my confidence issue and/or the stress problem?

For the dances, just think of it as jazz, musical theater is based on jazz and ballet. Tell yourself i can do it otherwise, there is no hope! Good luck to you! I think you should loose your job, because that is putting more pressure on you,and that way you can focus more on real things. You can prob get easy money by helping aroun the house and stuff like that. And if you cant hang out with your boyfriend that much then i think you should talk to him about it and see what he says. Good luck!

well i am moving to Colorado next year before school starts and like i am really outgoing and stuff and i play volleyball, and that starts before school so i can meet people by doing that to, but i am like really scared of the change and i dont know waht to do to make the move easier????

Aww, i have to admit, moving is very VERY hard. Keep in touch with your old friends, think of it this way, CHANGES ARE ALWAYS GOOD! Just be happy, dont make it bad by being like 'oh i hate this' be upbeat, not stinjhy! You sound excited!! Im sure youll do fine!

I have to have a book read for english by monday! Problem is..im reading The Green Mile by Steven King and im only on page 110 and its a 500 page book! I just havent had any time. I know theres the movie The Green Mile. Is it the same as the book? Or is it different?
I read Christine by Steven King and I remember most of it. Is the movie just like the book?

Hey, honestly i havent read or herd of either of the books, but im sure that if you go to the movie rental store and ask them if it is the same as the book they'll tell you the answer!

Okay I just can't seem to stop going on AIM instant messanger, updating my site, or going on advicenators!! HELP please!! I'm like addicted and I can never concentrate plz help thanks I rate.

You sound just like my me, except for the fact that I dont let myself procrastinate my projects I am on top of myself. For your homework, tell your mom to set a time limit of the computer so when the 2 hours on the comp. is done it will shut down on its own, and you will only use your computer in case of an emergancy project because you only have 2 hours on it a night. Make a schedule for yourself and it can look like this.. (this is my schedule for mondays)
3:15-5:00 Homework
5:05-5:15 snack
5:20-5:45 piano
5:50-6:20 dinner
6:25-7:30 computer/fone
7:35-8:00 t.v. and strech
8:05 sleep!!!
If you have a project that was assigned to you on monday and is due one thurs. for example start a little of it on monday during your hw time and continue the rest of it throughout the week. So mon. you do the reaserch, tuesday you gather the info and put it together and wed. you do last minute touches! see simple as that! and you go to sleep @ 8

i've been absent from school 7 1/2 days this year. ive been sick a lot and there are lots of bugs going around.plus i broke my elbow earlier. well i was absent today and the vice principal called. he said i had to go school or they'd get the county involved. he said that the max number of days you can be absent in a year is 10, but the rules state 20. it also says you cant miss more than 5. well the first grading period i was absent 5 days, so that isnt breaking any rules. should i be in trouble for this because he is clearly lying? i dont see how im breaking any of the written rules. ive heard of no such change in them either so it isnt like i missed it. what do i do?

well u have an arguement if they get contry + u didnt do anything a good way to get rid of colds are to get medicine like echnasia or vitamin c! srry and all you need to do is go to school!

well my school might close down and all of my friends would go to a different sschool im going private the others are going to public what should i do go and never see any of the people at my old school or do i go to publicschool and stay with them? what should i choose? please help!!!

for one thing friends come and go but the true ones always shine in that case the ones who were ur tru friends will always stay wid u! get all their fone # and stuff keep in touch and u can always make new friends at a private skool!

Okay, i'm not like super skinny... but im not fat. I'm 136, about 5'4, and weigh 120 or around there. Is it okay to wear pants that are tight that some of the blubber on my stomach hangs out, but i dont wear tight shirts theyre baggy.. so you can't tell that it's there. and i want to cuz my butt looks huge in them, but im a little worried. What do you think i should do!? pleaseee, please help me it's for tomorrow in school and my crush will see me.

Only answer this if you play an insturment please. I play the violin and after school I always have alot of homework and I can never get practicing in and I'm afraid the teacher thinks horribly of me, but I try on weekends to get some practicing done! Does anyone know a good technique to use so I CAN get some practicing done?

my piano teacher always tells me practice at least 4 days for 15 min and if u cant get it all done then just tell her but if that method doesnt work have a schedule and write how many min a day u practiced!

i dont think that you should ast like some1 you arent. ppl should like you for being YOU! but if you want to become popular that you should be sweet and kind i love ppl who are sweet and kind! i think that you should not act mean bcuz ppl whoare mean dont get far in life!
