I like dancing, music, Jake Gyllenhaal, t-shirts, comedy, summer nights, funny movies, and photography.
I hate perfectionists, although I can be one, people who edit their pictures with peace signs and dumb quotes, and flies.
I like giving advice. I don't know if I'm any good at it. Nobody has told me either way.
Ask me whatever, I'll do what I can to help you out.

I'm looking for a necklace that has the pagan symbol for eternal life (looks like the cross but the top is a loop). Either a necklace or a ring.
Thanks!

Hey everyone, basically I need rainboots. I'll be a sophomore in college and I come to realize that where I go to school, when it rains, it POURS. I hate ruining my ugg boots or any other shoe that I have to wear when it's pouring outside. So does anybody know where I can order rainboots? I know target has some but does anybody know where else I can buy them? I would prefer a website so I can order online. :D Thanks

I have straight dirty blond hair and im getting a body wave perm before school starts again. Right now i usually either have my hair in a messy bun or i scrunch it or straighten it i only usually use Aussie Instant Freeze Gel. So my question is
1. What will i need to do once i get the body wave perm as in do i need to Blow dry it..ext because right now i don't blow dry my hair usually. Also What products should i use or buy once i get it done?
2. What types of hair styles can i do once i get it done?
http://www.hairfinder.com/hair/root-perm.htm
I'm not sure what you mean by what kind of hair styles you can do, because I'm pretty sure you can do just about anything that you'd normally do if you didn't have a perm(ponytails, scrunching, braids, etc)
hope that helps

so i'm 19 yrs old, female and i want to try fake eye lashes! i was just wondering though, are they hard to put on? how exactly do you put them on? do they look fake? where can i get them?
just all these questions are running through my mind and i want to know if they're worth buying! i have pretty long eyelashes now but i want them to look fuller, and even longer. plus do you still have to wear mascara on your real eyelashes or no?
agh so many questions! sorry!
but thank you (:
With practice, they aren't hard to put on.
They should come with a little tube of adhesive, and you put that along the lash line and stick right over YOUR natural lash line.
They look fake if you buy really big ones, even the smaller ones might look fake (I've only used them to perform)
You can get them at any pharmacy, near the make-up and stuff.

heyy. i wanted to know what kind of clothes i should pack too hahah thankyou! Im a 15 year old girl
Haha, oh alright. Well in that case, pack some shorts and t-shirts or tank tops (no long sleeves, but do bring a sweatshirt or two), but I would bring jeans in case it does get cold (because it can). Also, if you leave the AC on in your hotel, pack warm PJs (sweatpants) but if you don't leave it on, shorts are fine. For some activities (like adirondack extreme) you will need sneakers, so just grab a pair and bring some socks, but for the most part flip flops are fine! Hope this helped.
Have fun!

Im going to lake george for a week in august, what should i bring?
I went to lake george a couple of weeks ago! Aside from clothing and stuff like toothbrushes, bring plenty of money for food and activities. On the main road right on the lake, there are a ton of little gift shops and theres a wax museum and tons of restaurants, but theres also like a pizza hut or something and a mcdonalds. Theres tons of mini golf courses around there if you are into that. I also highly recommend going to Adirondack Extreme : http://www.adirondackextreme.com/ It is a ton of fun! There was a lot to do up in bolton landing.
If you like shopping, there are plenty of outlets there, too! For more activities, just look for a map of the area in your hotel. They all have them.
Because its kind of far north, bring a sweatshirt! It was kind of cold while i was there, especially at night. Bring a bathing suit to go swimming. I think they have parasailing.
I had a really good time while I was there. Like I said, theres ton to do!
You can inbox me if you have any questions :)

All my life, I've had wavy / straight hair. After blowdrying, I usually straighten it and it only takes one or two minutes. I know that excessive blowdrying and straightening really stress out my hair, so throughout the year, I sleep with wet hair and in the morning it's curly.
Unfortunately, by the end of the day, it's pretty much wavy or even straight. It's really annoying, so I started using John Frieda's Frizzease products to help "define my curls." I was reading in Seventeen about the best mousse and the best spray gel, and I am confused as to which one would:
- Aid my hair in curling up more if i were to sleep on wet hair
- Keep my hair curly throughout the day
- Not create a "crunchy" or "hard" texture on my hair
Which one do you suggest for my hair type: Tresemme Flawless Curls Curl Care Extra Hold Mousse OR Garnier Fructis Style Curl Shaping Spray Gel?
I have really thick curly hair as well. I usually shower in the morning (because when i sleep on wet hair it creates frizz and gets messy haha) and after i shower i comb my hair (never towel dry, if you have to dry it a little use a paper towel to scrunch out excess water) and then i spray in a little leave in conditioner (i mixed water and conditioner in a spray bottle and it works fine) and then i add either Garnier Fructis Surf Hair, its not a gel or a mousse, its more like a paste haha. Or I use Tresemme Flawless Curl 'Jelly', but any of their flawless curl stuff works well. To avoid the crunchy look, dont put in too much product. I have really thick hair and i put in a handful the size of a quarter. This is why it helps to do with wet hair, too, cause the products gets diluted. To keep your hair curly throughout the day, add a little water to it. I usually rub water between my hands and then scrunch it up. Or spray some water in and scrunch it in.
I don't like gel because i feel like it makes hair look sticky and stiff. Mousse usually adds volume and keeps hair looking lighter than gel would. Hairspray probably won't hold your curls on its own.
Good luck

Alright, so I'm 15 and I'm gunna be a sophmore after this summer is over. I was thinking about where I can get new clothes for this summer and maybe even this fall for back to school. I'm not into the whole pay a hundred dollars for a tanktop with a bird on it scene. I'm getting paid around 50 dollars a week for babysitting, and I need to find places where I can get decent clothes like you'd find at places like PacSun, Hottopic, Hollister, etc. but not nearly as expensive, 'cause if I only have 50 dollars, I don't wanna blow all 50 on one thing. I live in MA, does anybody have any ideas? Also I can't shop online because I don't have a credit card and I'm pretty sure my mom doesn't either.
Thanks!
I'm not sure where you live exactly, so I dont know whats near you, but I'll give it a shot.
Forever 21, Old Navy (they usually have inexpensive t-shirts and stuff), Walmart (if you want t-shirts and their jeans selection isn't too bad either), and you can look here to see whats closest to you http://www.manta.com/mb_44_B626D_22/women_s_clothing_stores/massachusetts
I have to agree with the first kid who answered...second-hand stores or thrift stores can have some really unique stuff, which I'm all for (I hate shirts that have hollister written all over it in glitter and crap like that hahaha)You can look up stores in your area on google to find cheap clothing stores.

I'm looking for wesites where I can find storyboards of clothing or outfits already put together. Sites that show outfits and then also include where the articles of clothing are from would be great. My style is a mix of casual, sporty, preppy, and girly, things along those lines, although i also like more dressy stuff and western, hippie and boho styles. The only types of outfits I'm really opposed to are goth/punk type clothing as I already went through that phase and don't wish to again lol. Thanks so much for help :)
I'm not sure what you would classify American Apparel as, but their website has pictures of complete outfits:

And here are some more:

First of all...I LOVE YOUR HAIR! It's so beautiful.
Personally, I love loose-ish t-shirts with skinny jeans. Something like this:

Also, the color of the dress looked good on you. I think you should stick with deep or dark colors, like dark brown, deep blues and purples. Good luck

ive been looking to buy a new straightenter, i have wavy/curly hair that has extreme volume and frizz. my hair straightener works fine but is starts to lose its hold towards the end of the day. i was wondering if anyone could tell me what kind to buy that will give me straight, smooth shiny hair that will last all day.
Hey! I know how you feel about your hair. Mine is extremely wavy and thick and FRIZZY! I don't really straighten my hair as much because I have started to embrace my curls (with the help of different curl holding/anti frizz products) and because flat irons cause a lot of damage to your hair. But if you get it trimmed regularly (every 2 months) and use a good shampoo/conditioner combination for dry damaged hair, and you apply a protective spray, like John Freida's Heat Defeat Protective styling spray, your hair will be ok. Anyways, my hair straightener works really well, this is it...http://www.beautybasicsupply.com/Babyliss-PRO-Porcelain-Ceramic-Flat-Iron-1-p/co1por2555.htm
Babybliss and Chi flat irons work really well. Good luck!!

I have long (2 inches past my chest) brown/blonde hair and i really need a unique, wierd, crazy, fun hairstyle. no occasion. no ponytails, braids, or anything with a curling iron or moose or styler. and no cutting my hair or going to the salon. just wacky fun styles that look cute! im 13. it can be up or down or half and half, I REALLY NEED HELP!!!
THNX!
Well, there aren't really any hairstyles that fit your criteria. It's hard to create different hairstyles that aren't braids or ponytails or that don't require a curling iron or product. You can put your hair into a messy bun.
You can look at these pictures for inspiration:
http://www.latest-hairstyles.com/long/
Most of these styles require a curling iron though. But curling irons can be really inexpensive if you get them at the right place:
http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10669238
(You can also find curling irons at a similar price at places like Walgreens or CVS)
You can try taking a shower at night and braiding your hair tightly and then taking out the braids in the morning and you will have wavy hair (I would put a little hairspray or gel in your hair before you braid it just so it holds the waves)
You can buy or even make cute headbands and bows:

I am nearly 13 and my mom dosnt let me wear make-up! almost everyone in my grade wears make-up! i have begged and begged but she still wont let me! Im not into heavy make-up just eye make-up. What can i do to convince her that make-up isnt that bad?
You don't need makeup, its stupid, honestly. If you keep annoying her, she won't let you do it. Ask hey why she thinks its bad. Bare minerals are actually good for your skin. Ask her if you can start by wearing it on special occasions, then you can start wearing it more often. Its really just a pain though. It looks bad when it smudges or runs, but hey, its your call.

i got my belly button pierced 3 months ago and its still all red around the hole thats above my belly button. i clean it everyday with soap and it never gets infected, and i have a hoop ring so its easier to clean but the redness wont go away. how do i get it to stop being red and when can i change the ring?
Sounds like everything you are doing is good. Did the place you got it pierced at give you any cleaner to use on it? Other than that, just stop touching it. If the redness doesn't go away within a week, get it checked out.

i have brown eyes but don't let that influence you that i can't be blonde or have light colored hair because there are many blondes with brown eyes.
i also have naturally dark brown hair
right now my hair has many blonde highlights in it
so what color do you think i should dye it because i want it all to be the same color (i dont want to dye it black because i did that before and it was such a pain in the butt to get out)
thanks for your suggestions :)
What about a deep chocolate brown to match your eyes? That'd look cute.

i have side bangs and i don't like them because they are always seem to fall in my face and i get tired of pushing them out of the way. i want them, i just want them to kind of blend in more with my hair when its down
kind of like this:
http://tv.popcrunch.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/03/jamie_lynn_spears_zoey.jpg
is there any way i could get them like that without hairspray/gel? is there a way to blow dry them? thankss
Those look like they might be pinned back. You can try blow drying them, maybe use a little hairspray.

Hey, well i'm 15/f. I just got my hair cut. It pretty much sits on my shoulders. But I have absolutly nothing cute to do with it. Everytime I try curling my hair, it never stays. No matter how much hairspray I put on it, it doesn't stay. About the only thing cute that I know how to do with it is scrunch it, or put it in a little pony tail. What else can I do though? Another problem I have with it is that since it does sit on my shoulders, it flips out at the ends which really bothers me, since I'm like a super profectionest. Also, my part. I like my part to not look straight, but not really messy. I just like to peice it out where different peices cross over. But I ALWAYS get frustrated and really mad because it never looks how I want it to look. Once again, I'm a HUGE profectionest(sp?). AND, my bangs. They never lay how I want them to. I can only put certain bangs on one side because of the "way they grow" as my mom says... I really want my bangs to look like this:
http://www.daemonstv.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/12/ot5_haley_3_089ra-7aac6252-t3.thumbnail.jpg
btw, that's about the length of my hair too. So can someone please help? Like can someone tell me some styles, and tips about everything I'm having problems with? Websites would also be super helpful. Thanks so much!!
Try pig tails, two french braids, straightening it, a half pony tail.
Scrunching it is cute too, and have you tried rollers on your hair to make it curl, like overnight?

My hair is pretty long (it falls like at my boobs, hah).I have it layered with side bangs.I usually wear it straight.People tell my my hair is pretty and stuff, but I really need a new cut/style.I've had the same hair cut since like 6th grade.I want to keep my hair long.Oh and I have an oval shaped face. And ideas for a cut that would look good on me?
From http://beauty.about.com/od/hairbasics/a/flattering.htm
Oval Face Shapes
The oval face is the most versatile face. You can pull off almost any look -- short, long, straight or wavy. No matter the length of your cut, you'll look best with layers near your cheekbones, lips or chin -- basically whatever feature you want to highlight.
Styles that are flattering and stylish: Chin-skimming bobs, blunt bangs, long, beachy waves (think California surfer girl).
Avoid: Short layers that add height on top of your head. This will make your face appear long. If your hair is thick or curly, avoid a blunt cut. You'll look like a pyramid. For more information, check out this photo gallery of best hairstyles for oval face shapes.
Celebs who share your face shape: Kate Hudson, Jessica Alba, Jada Pinkett Smith
Tools you can't live without: A great curling iron and flatiron to create waves and straighten your sleek locks.
You can just google this too!
