hair straighteners

Question Posted Wednesday July 29 2009, 12:02 am

ive been looking to buy a new straightenter, i have wavy/curly hair that has extreme volume and frizz. my hair straightener works fine but is starts to lose its hold towards the end of the day. i was wondering if anyone could tell me what kind to buy that will give me straight, smooth shiny hair that will last all day.

Hey! I know how you feel about your hair. Mine is extremely wavy and thick and FRIZZY! I don't really straighten my hair as much because I have started to embrace my curls (with the help of different curl holding/anti frizz products) and because flat irons cause a lot of damage to your hair. But if you get it trimmed regularly (every 2 months) and use a good shampoo/conditioner combination for dry damaged hair, and you apply a protective spray, like John Freida's Heat Defeat Protective styling spray, your hair will be ok. Anyways, my hair straightener works really well, this is it...[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
Babybliss and Chi flat irons work really well. Good luck!!

Chi hair straighteners work really well. They can be a bit pricy though.

Hope I helped
