I went to lake george a couple of weeks ago! Aside from clothing and stuff like toothbrushes, bring plenty of money for food and activities. On the main road right on the lake, there are a ton of little gift shops and theres a wax museum and tons of restaurants, but theres also like a pizza hut or something and a mcdonalds. Theres tons of mini golf courses around there if you are into that. I also highly recommend going to Adirondack Extreme : [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) It is a ton of fun! There was a lot to do up in bolton landing.

If you like shopping, there are plenty of outlets there, too! For more activities, just look for a map of the area in your hotel. They all have them.

Because its kind of far north, bring a sweatshirt! It was kind of cold while i was there, especially at night. Bring a bathing suit to go swimming. I think they have parasailing.

I had a really good time while I was there. Like I said, theres ton to do!

You can inbox me if you have any questions :)

Start with the obvious: clothes. Bring enough outfits (and undies!) for each day that you are there, plus one extra outfit and a few extra pairs of underwear. Also, make sure you bring a pair of jeans and a sweatshirt, too, just in case. Make sure to bring gym shoes, too.

Then, make a list of toiletries you're going to need, like your toothbrush, face soap, deodorant, etc and check them off as you pack them.

Finally- bring the extras. Some stuff I just brought with on my vacation that can be considered "extra": a book to read, cell phone and/or iPod chargers, hair straightener, etc.

Have fun! :)

Well depends on what you'll be doing. If your camping, bring all the usual camping gear (tent, sleeping bag, towels, flashlight, bug off, etc.) If not still bring lots of bathing suits and towels because its a wonderful lake to swim in and do other water activities.
