How do stars get their eyelids so shiny? I don't think it's eyeshadow, it's really pretty. It goes above where your eyeshadow goes, so it fills up the rest of your eyelid up until your eyebrow. I can't find a picture of it, but a lot of the time models have it on.
steph2k10 answered Friday July 31 2009, 2:46 am: its called "highlighter" or pearlesent powder. Its a fine, loose powder in white irridescent shine. They use it to accentuate the brow bone.
