i need to exactly know if you swim the day after the perm and you get all wet under water will your hair turn green

No, however your hair CAN turn green...but only if your blond and go swimming in water that contains clorine, say like a pool. :)
Evenso the green isn't that much noticible but yeah. Hope I helped :D
