i have side bangs and i don't like them because they are always seem to fall in my face and i get tired of pushing them out of the way. i want them, i just want them to kind of blend in more with my hair when its down
is there any way i could get them like that without hairspray/gel? is there a way to blow dry them? thankss

AskKay23 answered Wednesday May 21 2008, 12:31 am: When shampooing your hair, actually shampoo your bangs in the direction that you want them to go. Sometimes hair will kind of do whatever it wants to but i have side bangs too, and it definitely helps me. Just really scrub it in there-- even part it the way you want it before jumping in the shower, then scrub straight from the part on the side bang side, and the other side where it's just your regular hair.
When you're blow drying-- use a comb or flat brush on your side bangs.. and a straightener from the roots down.
You can also have an angle cut done to make it look like it blends more in the front. The other thing is, if your hair is long, then this will cause a choppy look-- which I'm sure you don't want.
carayotie answered Monday May 19 2008, 9:30 pm: Blow dry your bangs back, dont bring them to the front. You may have to pin them back for a little while until your hair is trained to stay like that.
