I'm a student studying for a degree in Business Management. I have an amazing boyfriend and great family and friends who all mean the world to me. Honestly I don't know what i'd do without any of them! ♥

I don't really know what to do with my life as a career, but I do love to give advice to anyone and I always try to give my 100%.

Exercise mainly just to tone up your muscles and try massage that should help. Also try cutting out some of the fat from your diet. and eat healthily. Just be patient and it should disappear soon.

What are symptoms of breast cancer? Be as detailed as possible. No website links please!! (I'm really squeamish so I don't want any pictures) And I would google it if I wasn't so afraid of getting pictures. Sorry.

Well the most common symptoms of breast cancer are:
-A change in how the breast or nipple feels
-A lump or thickening in or near the breast or in the underarm area
-Nipple tenderness
-A change in how the breast/nipple looks
-A change in the size or shape of the breast
-A nipple turned inward to the breast (inverted nipple)
-The skin of the breast, areola, or nipple may be scaly, red, or swollen. It may have ridges or pitting so that it looks like the skin of an orange

Early breast cancer doesn't cause any pain, But if you are experiencing any of these symptoms, it doesn't always immediately mean cancer, it could be another health problem. But I would visit your GP and they'll be able to diagnose you and then treated.

why do people say to not use petroleum jelly on a tampon if you want to make insertion easier? (link)
Because it might pass on an infection. You could try using something like tampax compact, they're small and have easy insertion.

So I've had my period for over five years and I've never had PMS before. Last month, like a week before I got like really severe mood swings. After like two and a half weeks, they went away. Now they're back again. I went to the doctor last month and she didn't know what was wrong. The mood swings are the only thing I get and it's making my life and relationships really difficult. Any ideas as to what's going on? (link)
Don't worry it may just be a change in hormone levels or something.
Sometimes I have bad mood swings and other times I don't.
It changes everytime, it's perfectly normal.

You could try some relaxation therapy, like massage or yoga to help with the mood swings. That might help

Hi I was wondering if there is something I can do to help me wake up in the morning. No matter how early I go to sleep, it is impossible for me to get up. It's kind of to a point where I'm thinking maybe something is wrong with me.
-No matter how early I go to sleep, I am still SUPER tired in the morning.
-My mom has to wake me up in the morning because I don't wake up to an alarm- i sleep right through it.
-I've tried OTC sleeping medicine-doesn't help
-Drinking hot milk/tea before bed-doesn't help
-When I wake up my mom has to like shake me and usually I fall back asleep very quickly- then she will come back and she is mad at me. I really can't help falling back asleep because I'm not exactly conscious yet.
-I usually don't have a problem falling asleep, just waking up.
-Usually if when I finally wake up which takes me like 35 minutes, I can BARELY open my eyes until I get in the shower.

If you can help me or know a way or medicine to make me WAKE UP in the morning that would be great. I'm asking now so that I'll be able to get in a habit for next school year. Oh yeah btw Im

This may sound strange, but sometimes the more sleep you get, the more tired you feel.

It sounds as though you could be a little iron defficient, so try taking some iron tablets or eating foods rich in iron. Some good sources are:
-canned beans
-baked potato with pasta
-enriched pasta
-turkey
-sardines
-shrimp
-beef

You could probably find out more information by typing iron defficieny into Google.

Also you could try exercising more regularly, this is supposed to boost endorphine and adrenaline levels and should make you feel more awake almost immediately.

Or you could try rubbing your ears for a couple of minutes till they feel like a burning sensation. The ear is said to be a minature representation of the body, and so by rubbing them, it is cirulating the blood and oxygen around your body.

If you're worried about the problem & it is becomming an annoyance, your GP is probably the best person to see and they will be able to figure out the problem and help you.

Guys like any kind of boobs, all sizes, big nipples or small nipples. They won't be bothered by the size of your nipples at all. They'll be too happy that they're seeing boobs.

Unfortunately they won't shrink if you loose weight, they'll always be that size.

But it's nothing to feel self-concious about, there're loads of women that have large nipples.

It's totally normal and nothing to worry about, it's called vaginal discharge is very common, every girl has it. It usually happens around the time of your period or at various other times throughout your cycle.
But if the discharge becomes clumpy kind of like cottage cheese, this may indicate an infection and you should seek help preferably from a GP.

i have really big thighs. I mean, you can't notice when im standing, because they look normal when i stand. But when i sit on my knee's, they're probbly like 6 incches. i' not overweight though. What should i do to reduce fat on my thighs???? And really fast, also.!!

Don't worry about it, everyone's thighs are like that when they sit down, it's just the muscle and fat spreading out.

If you really do want to try loose weight off them, doing reqular, anerobic exercise like squats could help tone your thighs and bum.
Or you could try some areobic exercise like fast walking or rowing for about 20 minutes, this may also help

okay, so whenever i bend my leg or something, it makes this cracking sound. Like, when i sit in a "criss cross apple sauce" position, or i sit on my knees it cracks. And..when i just bend my knee a lot, it cracks. What's wrong with it? What can i do to help my knee/leg? (link)
I don't think it's anything to worry about, my ankles crack when I walk up the stairs and they have done for years. I think it happens to a lot of people and is not unusual.
But if you have any pain assocaited with the cracking of you knee joints, then you should probably get yourself checkout to be on the safe side.

It could be a cyst or an infection, if you're worried about it, I suggest that you see a doctor to get it checked out, could be nothing or could be something serious.


Does water make you gain weight? I know in the long run that it makes you lose weight, but if you drank a lot of water in one day & weighed yourself, would you weigh more? Thanks! (link)
No, water doesnt make you gain weight, it's great for your body as we are mainly made up of water and it detox's the body.
It may appear that you have gained a few pounds if you stand on the scale after drinking a lot, but as soon as you go to the toilet that will all disappear.


OKay i found some medicine in my moms medicine cabinet in her batghroom. The label says that it is a Metabolic Stimulant and Appitite Repressor. Do they really have medicine that can do that? It is called Lipodrene. Should I take it?

Ask your mum about what it does if you want to know and don't take the medicine.
You should never take anyone else's medicine that is prescribed for them even if your symptoms are the same as their's. It could have a harmful effect on you.
