So I've had my period for over five years and I've never had PMS before. Last month, like a week before I got like really severe mood swings. After like two and a half weeks, they went away. Now they're back again. I went to the doctor last month and she didn't know what was wrong. The mood swings are the only thing I get and it's making my life and relationships really difficult. Any ideas as to what's going on?

Although it's hard to keep down your mood swings just try to take different relaxing excercises like yoga, excercising (maybe punching that thing people use for boxing), and drink a lot of cold water. [ ShineyStarz's advice column | Ask ShineyStarz A Question ]
