By vagina do you mean the part where pubic hair grows (vulva), or vaginal opening? If it's vulva, it's probably just ingrown hair. However, keep in mind that some STIs can be transmitted through sexual activities other than intercourse. You can get genital warts if an infected person fingers you or if you touch their genitals. (Your partner can be infected even if there are no external signs of it, so they may not even know it.)

Have you used a mirror to look at it?
Is it a white bump?
It could possibly be an ingrown pubic hair, or cystatcious cyst which is an oil gland that's stopped up.
This is based on the fact that you stated you are a virgin.
See a doctor to determine what it is to be safe.

It could be a cyst or an infection, if you're worried about it, I suggest that you see a doctor to get it checked out, could be nothing or could be something serious.
