okay, so whenever i bend my leg or something, it makes this cracking sound. Like, when i sit in a "criss cross apple sauce" position, or i sit on my knees it cracks. And..when i just bend my knee a lot, it cracks. What's wrong with it? What can i do to help my knee/leg?

I have a co-worker at my office that has a similar problem. Whenver he walks u know its him becaus of the way he walks his knees and legs always cracks. He told me that it was because he lacks in Calcium. Meaning he doesn't have enough dairy products ie: milk, yogurt, and cheese. Try having more milk if nothing else and maybe that just do the trick.

But if you have any pain assocaited with the cracking of you knee joints, then you should probably get yourself checkout to be on the safe side. [ x_s_a_r_a_h_x's advice column | Ask x_s_a_r_a_h_x A Question ]
