It sounds like you really have this under control to be honest. Just remember that it doesn't matter what anyone else says, it matters how you feel. It sounds like you're fine with the height difference so I don't see why other people wouldn't understand that and respect that as well. Good luck!

Notes are a copout. I'm incredibly shy, yet i've still managed never to write a note to break up with someone. I think even over IM or the phone would be better, just use that note as a guideline for what to say.
If it comes down to it, and you can't break up with any other way than this note, the note seems pretty fine. But everytime you wrote 'no' it should be 'know' instead. I, personally, would take out the portion about him being the hottest guy on the planet. It just seems not so appropriate for the occasion of breaking up with someone. It seems confusing to me to call a guy hot and then tell him you don't want to go with him a minute later.

Step back, and look at the situation.
A Junior boy, and a seventh grade girl. That's four years.
Now reverse the situation.
If a twelve or thirteen year old boy liked you, and you were sixteen or seventeen, what would you do? Especially if it were your friends brother. You can't honestly say you'd like this kid, correct?
So now, think about it. This guy has a range of junior, senior, sophmore, and freshman meat. He realisticly doesn't think of you in that way.
And that's nothing really personal, just that he's older and most likely doesn't find seventh grade girls attractive. But i really don't know what you act like, and what you look like, but it's my general opinion.
That doesn't mean you can't like him, because it is fun to like older guys. Just don't expect anything to come out of it. And if it does - be pleasantly surprised.

Q: In my opinion, I don't think I have a bad personality. I'm not stuck up, I don't cause any drama, I'm honest, I can keep secrets, and I'm nice unless someone gives me a reason not to be. there's probably a reason why most of these people seem not to like you. Wethere it's a stupid reason or not, there will be a reason. it may be because they think you aren't pretty, and while that's shallow, it happens. You may have an annoying habit you're unaware of, or maybe people just don't like you're personality. But it's not your fault.
It sounds like a girl i used to go to school with, she was friends with some popular girls who were associated with certain boys, and the boys didn't, well .. like her. The reasons for them not liking her were pretty stupid, she dyed her hair a crazy blonde color, and she laughed a lot. But it wasn't her fault.
There's nothing wrong with you. Maybe these people do really like you, and you just have a misconception. I'd try and straighten it out if i could, and maybe ask your friends what the deal could be, too.

when you don't want people to make fun of you for a boy you like, you do stupid things. you deny it constantly, and it gets back to the boy. or you write something to prove you have no interest in him. i actually think the way that you're playing hard to get is sort of stupid, especially because you don't get to see this guy to often, almost never. if you don't respond to his e-mail, and he doesn't see you, what makes you think he'll suddenly go crazy thinking about a girl he's seen twice, and lives thousands of miles away? e-mail him back. because if he liked you in that way, he'd want to know that you somewhat cared for him. otherwise, it's like, why bother. plpaying hard to get is misconseptual, and can really only mix up what people think of others.
