The most romantic/memorable kiss of my life wasn't my first kiss but was with my first kiss from my current boyfriend. We had just gotten back from a romantic date and were laying (3ft away from each other) LOL; in his bed watching a movie. His roommates I guess were teasing him because it had been our fifth date and he still had yet to kiss me. At first I thought there was something wrong with me because this was the longest any guy has ever waited to kiss me. So anyway, we were watching a movie and all of a sudden we hear his roommates put speakers up to his door playing the song 'Kiss the girl' from the little mermaid. We both turned bright red and just tried to ignore them. The movie ended and it started to get late to he walked me to my car to say goodnight. He was hugging me and all of a sudden he said, "Kerry, would it be alright if I kissed you right now?", I said yes and after he gave me our first kiss, I went back for 3 more kisses:)
Turns out he wanted to kiss me the whole time but was so nervous because he had never met a girl like me before. It was a night to remember and something I will ever forget. Here we are 10 months later, still as happy as ever.
Your first kiss might not be the best first kiss (mine was with a guy I didn't even know playing spin the bottle) but you will have a special guy someday that will make such a memorable impact on your life. Don't look for love because HE'LL find you. And he will make you so happy. Good Luck!

It has nothing to do with the fact that you didn't make a move. In fact I'm proud that you didn't because that takes a lot. Most girls like guys that wait. She probablly just wasn't all that into you - she didn't see sparks or feel any connection. It doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you. It just means that she's not the one for you and that's a good thing because there's someone out there that is better and even prettier than her in your eyes. She'll make you very happy some day. So i once read this valentine card like a year ago, it was the most perfect card for a new boyfriend, and just really cute and flirty. in fact i think thats what category it was under flirty. i found it a target, and it was the most perfect card because it sounded just like me. Ya know how you get nervous but in a good way around somebody you really like so you start talkign faster and everything is like one sentence. Anyway. it said something like.. i kinda sorta like you a lot more than i had originally planned.. but not in that mushy gushy i want to have your babies kind of way, but more like a reach for the starts anything is possible... okay now im just kinda making it up, but does anybody know the whole quote/card? I understand you're an adult and I'm not here to lecture you - just give advice. So I advise you to please at least bring a friend with you. Adults can be defenseless to you know, so in order to be safe rather than sorry try to make it a double date the first time you meet. Anyway, sounds like if you two are having great conversations online than there should be no problem communicating in person. However, some people are better at talking online rather than in person. Have you tried talking on the phone with him yet? Meeting up is a good idea to find these things out before you find out that you've waisted too much time. Good Luck!

Ive been having these dreams lately and theyre depressing me. All of them are about love and me meeting a guy or having a boyfriend and stuff. I was already depressed to begin with because i want to find love so bad and its like everyone can do it but me. I mean I see it every where TV, movies, my sis and her boyfriend, my mom and step dad, just everywhere. I want to cry everyday but i cant. Im the one that only cries on the inside. I want to stop wanting to cry everytime i see two people who love each other so much, but i dont know how to do it. It is OKAY to be single. Trust me, please don't look for love - you'll never find it. Love will find you. We can't all live in fairytail land, which is why we can't always wait for our prince charming. You dream about what you last think about the second before you fall asleep. Assuming you're not old since you still live with your family - I'm guessing you're still pretty young. You have your whole life to live and trust me there are plenty of fish in the sea. In order to take your mind off being 'alone' you need to get out there and keep yourself busy. Take up a hobby - get involved with clubs at school. Hang out with friends as much as you can, or spend time with family. It helps to keep your mind occupied and eventually someone will find you and they will love you very much. Good Luck!

I did that with my very first relationship and it got me all tangled up with dates and eventually I lost track of how lone we had officially been together. I would just stick with the actual date, the '15th' and it should work just fine. :)Good Luck!

So I'm assuming your head is telling you not to because he's a 'bad' guy but your heart is telling you to go for it because despite the 'bad' things you still have a lot of feelings for this guy. I would listen to your head because although he may come off sweet right now if he's the 'bad' type, he'll later on end up breaking your heart. Good Luck!

I've had this bestfriend for about a year now, and a few months ago i started feeling stronger for him. I think its beginning to feel like i want him more than just a friend. Like i said, we're best friends so i'm scared telling him would ruin it. For now, I would stay his friend. It's the best thing you can do for him right now especially since he has a girlfriend. It would probablly ruin the friendship between you two because his girlfriend would most likely get jealous and tell him to stay away from you which you do not want. I would just wait it out and if and when the eventually break up - then go in for the move. Good Luck!

Never ever EVER wait for a guy. He's blowing his chance by not taking action and quite frankly, you are better than that. Honestly you should just move on and show him what he missed out on. Well first of all thats kind of rude for him to say that. But if you really want to impress him with kissing, start practicing on a bear or something. I'm sure you'll look goofy but hey, who's watching you?
Only use little tongue. No one likes cleaning slobber off their face. Biting the lip softly occasionally is very sexy, and your man should enjoy it. You could try the asking. Most guys your age are too scared to ask girls out. Be confident (which is super attractive in guys eyes) and ask them out. Another thing - a lot of guys your age are only looking for one thing so be careful. Good Luck!

Alright, so I started falling for this guy in my second hour class pretty hard this year. We flirt all of the time, and sometimes I get the impression that he wants to ask me out, but the one thing holding up the relationship is that he has a girlfriend. Only I'm so confused because when he talks to me, he acts as if he doesn't have a girlfriend at all. & I know he wants me to flirt back with him. & I can tell that he likes me. & I think he knows that I like him too. We're not in the same grade; he's three years older than me, but I really don't see age as an issue. This situation has been driving me insane for months, and all I really need right now is some good advice on what I should do.
Should I flirt back? Just go for it, and not care? Or back off and be respectful towards their relationship?
I know I probably should be the better person and not flirt back, but you're only a teenager once and I'd rather be naughty now then naughty later.

It sounds to me like he is one of those types of boyfriends that likes to keep his girlfriend around for the security but likes to have his fun with others as well.
If he flirts with you despite his girlfriends feelings, he'll flirt with other girls if you were ever to become his girlfriend as well. And you never know - you may not be the only girl he's flirting with. He sounds like a disrespectful uncaring guy. I would back off in spite of his girlfriend who already has to deal with her man whore boyfriend. I would stay away from this one, he sounds like a total jerk. He's probablly trying to charm you with flirtations to get 'some'. don't let him take advantage of you. Find someone else to be 'naughty' with;)

My boyfriends birthday was about 3 weeks after we first started dating. I was in the same boat as you - 'I don't want to get him something pricey because I don't know him very well, so what the heck do I do?!?'. You know what I did which worked out perfect? I baked. I baked cookies, brownies, cupcakes, cakes, candy - evertything you can think of. I baked for 6 hours that day. I covered his entire room in sweets that way he had a nice surprise to come home to that day. Baking is a perfect gift idea for any occasion. It's sweet, it comes from your heart and it sure is tastey:) You can even decorate them in valentines day colors and sprinkles. Good Luck!
